Come here if you want a real Mongolian Kazakh experience. This is not a tourist company with fancy stuff that will over charge you. You will stay in a Khasha (Kazakh for property) that has two families but you will have your two room house to stay in. The property is about a fifteen minute walk from the town square. Welcome to the Altai Guest House/Hostel. Located very close to the main square of Ulgii, it is in an older traditional type building, first constructed in 1960.

My place is close to the city center, restaurants, art shops, markets and supermarkets. It is furnished with very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean and tidy bathroom with washing machine. You’ll love my place because of the location.

I live with my parents and our house is newly built with all modern comforts. The central sqaure of Ulgii is 10 minutes walk, and there is a supermarket under 5 minutes away. I speak good English. My parents do not, but are always welcoming people We can provide breakfast and also cook dinner for you for a small extra cost. I run a tour guiding company, so please ask about tours in the local area including hiking, horseriding, cultural tours, kazakh nomad homestay and visiting egle hunters.
