Fabio's place is classy, clean and very quiet. The pool is as good as it looks and we never had to share it. We'd never felt as secure as this on holiday before. Camilla hosted us and was courteous and helpful. Turn right at the canal for the action tho!

Io mio marito e nostro figlio ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo alloggiato a casa di Fabio in attesa che la nostra nuova casa fosse pronta ed è stato un passaggio meraviglioso. Silenziosa, rilassante, attrezzata, comoda a tutto per noi che già siamo della zona e ben servita. Appartement très propre, très confortable dans une superbe résidence. La piscine, la salle de fitness, sauna et hamann sont top après une journée dans Milan. Communication et accueil sont parfaits L’appartement est proche de très bons restaurants dans le quartier Navigli. L’arrêt du Tram à 100m permets d’arriver au centre (Duomo, Scala,...) en 10mn. Nous avons passé 3 jours superbes.

Il complesso immobiliare dove si trova l’appartamento è molto bello e curato, e con ottimi servizi condominiali ( piscina e centro benessere , portiere sempre disponibile etc ). La location anche se non molto distante dal centro si trova in una zona dove c’è molto traffico per raggiungerla ed i mezzi pubblici non sono puntualissimi. Sehr schönes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung, es zentral gelegen und doch extrem ruhig. Die persönliche Betreuung war professionell. Wir würden dort jederzeit gerne nochmal dort übernachten.

Wirklich schöne, ruhige Wohnung und eine kühle Oase an heißen Tagen.

This apartment is magnificent and large and the description doesn't do the amazing additional facilities any justice. Transport options are close but make sure you get the number 2 tram for the final extra piece to make life easy. Whilst bedding is a subjective topic we found the mattresses might not be to everyone's liking. Both Fabio and his son Simone are amazing hosts with some of the best communication and response to questions I have ever seen around the world at airBnb

Fabio's place is great! It is off the main street in a small complex that is quiet and beautifully maintained. At the same time, it is close to the metro and many shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped.

Le sei settimane trascorse a casa di Fabio ci hanno regalato un piacevolissimo periodo a Milano. La casa è molto bella, curata, corredata di tutto il necessario e più (ci abbiam vissuto con 3 bimbi piccoli!), la piscina e la Spa outstanding. Fabio ha avuto estrema cura nel aiutarci a risolvere qualunque piccolo dubbio, Simone suo figlio si è occupato rapidamente, con gentilezza e competenza di ogni nostra necessità.
