Chris apartment is a beautiful 1-bed apartment with more than enough space for a couple. We moved from Argentina and we wanted to find a place as cozy as home, and this was exactly that. It allowed us to find a good place to live while feeling at home already. It's perfectly located for exploring the city since it's in the center of almost all important neighborhoods. Chris' place was a perfect choice for us. The neighborhood of Hayes Valley is filled with yummy restaurants, cute bars, and lots of good shopping opportunities. The apartment itself was a luxury providing lots of space, natural light, seating, and a comfortable king size bed! The best part of the apartment are the thoughtful and unique decorations he has throughout the home. We made a great choice in choosing this place and we would definitely come back again.

Chris' apartment is beautiful in the photos on the web site but even nicer in person. There is more room than you might expect, with a comfortable eating area, a sitting/lounging room, a good sized separate kitchen, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a walk-in closet and a bedroom with plenty of room for the very comfortable king-sized bed plus a desk and wing-back reading chair. Chris is such a wonderful host! The apartment is near great restaurants and cafes and a short trip to The Castro and Fisherman's Wharf. Everything was clean and tidy, and Chris was always willing to answer any of my questions and ways to get around SF. I would definitely recommend staying with Chris if anyone is ever in San Francisco!

Charming little place in a great location. Chris was very accessible and accommodating.

The apartment was as described in the listing and the photos. A quiet and peaceful neighbourhood on a small slope. There are 2 flights of steps to get to the unit but the unit is tucked in a quiet corner. The apartment was kept neat and impeccably clean! Even though it was a private room, it felt as if I had the whole apartment to myself :) Was also grateful to Chris for making special arrangements for my request! A perfect little bolt-hole for one in a nice area of San Fran. My wife just stayed here for one night, but it had everything she needed. Chris was friendly and quick to respond to questions etc after we arranged this stay last minute. He also provided great recommendations for food places nearby.

Staying with Chris was great. He gave some very helpful tips on what to see in the limited time I had in San Fran. I would absolutely stay again. His place is also very well furnished and decorated.

Chris was a fantastic host, and he has a great place! He communicated well before and during our trip, was flexible when our travels were delayed getting in, and was accessible if we had any questions during our stay. His place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and is well-located for taking advantage of all that SF has to offer! We would definitely stay here again!
