We enjoyed this clean studio location! This location is about a $7 Uber to the French quarter and can be an easy walk to some local restaurants and bars. Pearce provided us with great recommendations and she even provided soap, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer, bug spray and sunscreen. Side note, if you are taller than 5'10" you may hit your head a couple times on the vaulted ceilings.

Due to the storm Barry we unfortunately had to cancel our planned stay at Pearce’s place. Pearce was really helpful providing us with information and updates on the current status in New Orleans which was great for us not knowing anybody else there.

This is a flawless Airbnb. Pearce is an amazing host with a deep love for NOLA. Her home is gorgeous, her recommendations were on point, and the location is in walking distance to good coffee and the quarter! Would happily stay here again.

Pearce’s space was absolutely beautiful— the yard is a wonderful bonus! It was an easy 30 minute walk to the quarter with tons of beautiful houses along the way. She was helpful and available and the space was modern, clean, and full of amenities. She also offered a comprehensive list of food, drink, and music which was definitely useful. The only thing to watch for is a sharp angle on the side of the ceiling (it’s in a kind of loft space above the home) so be careful if you’re especially tall!…Weiterlesen

Pearce is really nice and takes care of every detail of the apartment. She also gave us some recommendations which were really helpful to us. The location is good, you can walk from there to the city centre and there are nice cafes and restaurantes in the neighbourhood. We really felt like at home, we recommend it 100%!

The place is as shown on photos. The apartment is super cozy and feels like home. Pearce is a responsive and helpful host who gave a plenty of helpful local tips. Helped me even with my laundry during my stay. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. I did not have a car so I walked to the French Quarters or Canal street. Sometimes took über which cost less than 10$ one way. A good supermarket is located within 20min of walking. The family dog is super friendly.

Staying at Pearce's place was a true pleasure and a great place to end each day of sightseeing and Jazz Festing. Firstly, the unit was spotless and had the amenities for a long or short stay, including a perfectly working AC. The location was perfectly situated between the fairgrounds and French Quarter, in a quiet (non touristy) neighborhood. Pearce was a gracious host and I'm so glad I got to meet their friendly mellow dog, Bird, before leaving. Would definitely stay here again and…Weiterlesen
