At Xenias you have the best of both worlds as it is walking distance to the main town of Tinos and with beautiful beaches on your doorstep. We enjoyed the plentiful quality local produce and fantastic restaurants. We were two couples and the space worked for us - and although the double room is bigger both rooms have plenty of light. We would love to return one day.

The windmill is really lovely- you can’t beat the view at sunset. There are chairs outside perfect for stargazing. Nikos greeted us and gave us lots of great tips. Only downside is that it was very windy and the loud wind made sleeping difficult. I highly recommend Tinos- less touristy than some of the other islands, but still has great beaches, food, and towns to explore.

The windmill is situated in the most beautiful position above the port and Stavros bay. The views are spectacular and it is within walking distance of the town. Stavros bay is utterly beautiful, both secluded and sheltered. The windmill itself is also lovely with round rooms and comfortable beds. We highly recommend staying here. Xenia was a perfect host and we look forward to visiting again very soon.

Xenia’s is a wonderful host with a beautiful little house. The views are spectacular. The beach is 3 minutes walk. Checking in and out and all the admin was very easy. Highly recommend. Hope we will return.

Xenia's Villa is a beautiful place with an amazing view that is close to everything in Tinos! She was extremely helpful and so kind while we stayed! I recommend this Villa for anyone who comes to Tinos!

An amazing place to stay great location close enough to the town to stroll in for evening meals. Great little beach few minutes walk! Great views and accommodation was fab. Can’t wait to come back!

Xenia is an excellent host who lives on site. The property is stylish and well maintained.Its anout 15 mins walk to town however hiring a car is recommened so you get to see the istand. Its a great place to stay and would recommend without hesitation

Stay when it’s cooler. Doesn’t have ac and only one queen bed. It was a beautiful view and great hospitality.
