Although there was street parking available, visitors cannot get a temporary parking permit on their own. It must be the home owner who obtains it, in person at the station, for the visitor. Bed in the back bedroom was uncomfortable.

Nice walking distance to local bars and restaurants.

Almost everything was perfect. we had wonderful time there excepto for mattress was very noisy and doors are hard to close.

Very clean, spacious and a great location. Cecilia was very prompt in answering my messages and helped me with several questions I had. Plenty of street parking, which you can use with a visitors pass from the local police station. The only negative about this place is the noise from whoever is upstairs. Loud footsteps, bangs, etc. well into the night that made it hard to go to sleep or fall back asleep some nights. Other than that it was perfect for our week-long stay.

Cecilia was very responsive to questions. The proximity to Union Market was a nice bonus.

we loved our stay in this adorable townhome. We walked to Capitol, Union Station, the Mall. We also biked down one day... bike stations are very close. we walked to Trader Joe's for groceries. We walked to H Street for breakfast and dinner. Parking is not included but we didn't have an issue at all on a Th-M stay. The rooftop was icing on the cake. We drank coffee up there every morning and checked out the view every night. House had everything we needed!!

Neat apartment to stay in. We stayed with A family of 4 (2 teenagers / 2 adults). Comfortable stay.

This apartment was the perfect location and size for my small family to stay while visiting family in the area. Cecelia was very prompt to reply via text with a couple of questions I had during our stay. My only minor complaint was that the mattress in the back bedroom is loud, creaky, and quite uncomfortable - may be time for an upgrade! Above all the space was clean and inviting, and the host was very amenable.

Cecilia’s place is perfect for families or a group of people who just want their own space but still be relatively close to all the attractions in D.C.
