The room was as described. It is very close to Lincoln Center and a good value for an evening in New York.

Brother NorthStar was friendly and made everything very easy. Location was perfect. Nice quiet residential area, but close to many key sites. Spacious room. He provided everything needed: mini fridge/freezer, mini microwave, easy access to WiFi, easy access to purified water, towel, linens, closet for hanging clothes. Easy to come and go.

Brother NorthStar was very kind, he'll help you in everything you need. The apartment is located in a ver good area in NYC with a subway station very close. It is clean and very comfortable. I totally recommend it!

Staying with Jean-Yves was a delight. I was in NYC to take in some culture and explore. The location was excellent and Jean-Yves's hospitality matched. He was helpful, but low-key. He did his thing and I did mine. If you're looking for comfortable, no-frills accommodations, this is a great choice. The description matches the digs. And it's a bargain!
