Simply beautiful, clean and lovely house. Also Eira was helpful and a great down to earth host. House has everything and also is at great locality. Llandudno pier is just 5mins drive. Plus lidl is just 2-3 walks and Morrison is 4mins drive from this place. Henceforth this will be my default place to stay at North Wales and also would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to explore north wales and need a beautiful peaceful place to stay with no negative points :) Thanks again Eira. We had a fantastic stay at this fully refurbished cosy cottage in Ffestiniog! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The kitchen was a real highlight—modern, well-equipped, and ideal for cooking after a day of exploring Snowdonia, which is just a short drive away. Parking was a breeze with a private spot round the back of the property—really easy to access and super handy for getting luggage in and out. The beds were comfy, and the whole house had a warm, homely feel. We also really appreciated the smooth self check-in with the lockbox, and Kevin was a great host—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place as a peaceful and convenient base for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay again!

First time booking , what can I say from start to finish a wonderful host and amazing property. Simon was so informative about all our requests and advice regarding his property, location and amenities. The property itself was spotless , quiet and had everything we needed. Didn't want to leave if I'm honest. The whole experience was 10/10 and I've never slept so soundly. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable .

Absolutely amazing house. We stayed with our 9 month old daughter, her grandparents and our 1 year old Labrador and still had plenty of room. Beach is 5-10 min walk away with a beach club pub to stop in on the way home for a beer! Beach is absolutely incredible. Overall perfect house for a family especially if you have a dog who loves a good run on the sand!

Great place to stay. Exactly as described. We were met at the property to check in. Everything explained to us. This is a great place to stay if exploring the area. The property is very spacious and has a garden too. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great host.

The cottage was cosy, quiet and comfy. Everything we needed and a co op and morrisons not too far away but still felt in the sticks 😍 it was a lovely stay. My son wanted to see waterfalls and that we did. Also went on a steam train and went to the beach. would totally recommend. Caroline was very helpful and responsive.

We highly recommend staying at this wonderful house. The photos really do not do it justice - the house is an incredible space and the views are utterly stunning. The house was beautifully clean, the bedsheets were luxurious and cosy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. The bathrooms are modern and fantastic. The bedrooms are larger than they appear in the photos and beautifully decorated. The proximity to the town is excellent but the house is also private and peaceful. It also has a wonderful enclosed space for dogs to run around in. We are so grateful to Ben for letting us stay over Christmas, with the house beautifully decorated for the festive period. We hope to be able to come and stay again soon!

We were visiting family nearby and this was an ideal place to stay. It's a great location, looking out towards the dunes, 2 minute walk to the beach. Lynne was so lovely and helpful, would stay here again!

We stayed at Haydn’s place for a couple nights, we arrived from Liverpool a few hours early and Haydn allowed us a early which was very helpful. The Flat was great, spotless throughout and we felt right at home. Some lovely restaurants nearby and about a 25 minute walk into Llandudno Pier. Would definitely recommend this Flat, one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in.

This was my first time using air b&b and it was so easy to do, rob was an excellent owner he was fast to respond, left clear instructions about respecting his property and give us helpful advice of rough taxi prices ect. The property was fairly big and we were able to all to spread out, which our group of girls. I would definitely book again if we was to go back to Liverpool!

Nick's place is perfect if you want to be near the city centre. The space is perfect for a couple. Nick was responsive and helpful at all times and we'd definitely use his flat again.

We had a lovely stay at Jon's place. It was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Jon was very responsive and sent great instructions. The location is great for exploring North Wales, and walking distance from the pier and some good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Lovely little flat with just all the basics for a short stay. Walking distance to plenty of shops and nice restaurants. Only stayed for one night but was perfect for what I wanted (shower eat sleep and head home the next day) easy to find and very clear instructions from host and clear instructions inside regarding bins WiFi ect. Had a small issue with the shower draining but other than that no complaints. Handy little yard form my dog through a door in the bedroom.

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Great stay with friends at this lovely apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and for exploring North West Wales. Apartment was very comfortable with everything needed for our 3 night stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good base in the area.

Visiting for a conference so an ideal location for me with a short walk down the hill into town. Karen’s flat was clean, well presented and had everything I needed.
