The stay was wonderful, but such a shame there isn't an effective public transport option for getting to the village. So it was useful having been forewarned that there was no designated parking space with the accommodation so to allow time to find a nearby space or go to the free car park at the top part of the village.

Wonderful location, so peaceful and such a beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy cottage. Felt really lucky to find this wonderful little gem. Had such a relaxing long weekend and would return again if we were staying in the area. The place was absolutely spotless and felt like we had been the first to ever stay. Gorgeous interior. The owners have really considered every little detail and made our stay one to remember.

We have rarely felt such a sense of luxury and space in an AirBnB stay. It is an interesting mix; modern fixtures and appliances in an old building. The waterfront location made for great walking opportunities right out the front door. Sarah provided a lot of information about the unit and responded quickly to questions. The heating controls may be too sophisticated for their own good, or maybe I am too simple for my own good. I am happy with a thermostat that merely turns up or down. Happily, Sarah can mange the system remotely and you might do well to let her do so. We had a great stay and appreciate the effort Sarah has put into creating such a welcoming and comfortable setting.

Wow wow wow we treasured our stay. Liz was there when we arrived and was truly lovely, even leaving us fresh bread and Welsh cakes! We’d booked to visit family nearby and the location of the apartment was just perfect. Very cosy, clean and quiet, we will definitely be back. Wish we could have stayed for longer! Maerina's place was ideal right in the middle of Aber town and close to the sea. Maerina works in the shop beneath the flat and was available for local recommendations and to respond to any issues had there been any, she was a great host, she had left bread and milk for us. Beautiful place to stay. The house had more in the kitchen than we have at home. Everything we needed. Super easy check in. Nice little secure courtyard for our little dogs. And only 15 minute walk from our favourite location, watching the sun go down over looking the sea in the pub in the village. Stunning. But don’t tell too many people! House was super clean, and Samantha was really responsive. Made it so easy to get in and made our stay amazing. Thank you. Great coastal walk to Aberporth and llangranog.

We booked with late notice for New Years and Roz was wonderful! She gave plenty of helpful information and was incredibly friendly! In a beautiful location and the accommodation was so comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Thank you Roz!

Superb place near town nice and quite and lovely house excellent

Beautiful house with everything we needed, everything was very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed playing the games provided. They were a big hit on a rainy evening. We ordered shopping from Asda to be delivered which went smoothly but any extras were easily accessible from cost cutter around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Alison’s property. Beautiful house, gardens & relaxing hot tub! Alison and her son were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Visited, beaches, castles, towns & wildlife parks. A lovely, special family holiday.

An amazing flat and equipped with everything we could need! 5 minutes walk from the beach and town centre. Also really love the small touches made by Becky. Those small things for me personally make the difference as to whether I would stay again at a place/recommend to others! Also so communicative and accommodating to anything we needed!

Fantastic place to stay within an easy walk to town and surrounding designated walking trails. Supermarket less than a 3 min walk away with pubs and coffee shops all within an easy walk. Only draw back isnthe parking with a tight, first in, car park on a narrow street. If you have a large car you might struggle however there is parking in nearby streets if you miss out. Surrounding neighbours were extremely friendly. We felt at home. Helen was extremely quick in her responses to our questions.

Great base location right at the heart of the Brecons. While no on site parking, the main village car park is a short walk away. Cottage is very cosy and suits all seasons. Beautifully presented with lots of great touches and very pet friendly. Lovely welcome gifts as well.

Sea Breeze apartment is exactly as shown on the website. Clean, comfortable, great location for the beach, shops, restaurants, all within walking distance, drivable distance to attractions outside of Barmouth ie: Harlech Castle, Portmerrion, Dolgellau etc

Absolutely gorgeous setting in a peaceful beautiful part of rural Wales. Lovely to sit by the river and spot otters and birds. The apartment (1of 6 in the Mill) was comfy, warm and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub, pool and loved the cool BBQ hut. Christopher was really friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable about the local area. A great place to stay and explore this part of Wales. Would recommend.
