Ferienunterkünfte mit Heimkino in Abu Dhabi

We waren met een gezin van 7 waarvan 2 kinderen. De kinderen hadden veel ruimte om te spelen en de zwembaden waren een pluspunt. Snelle communicatie en het was een prachtig appartement. Strand dichtbij waar de drukte was, maar ook veel rust binnen het appartementencomplex. Sarah was een fijne host!

Had a great stay at Ahmed’s place. The space was very clean, and Ahmed was proactive in ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here.

Hafiz was the consummate host. Very responsive and flexible. The apartment was immaculate with great bedroom and bathroom comfort. I would highly recommend Hafiz and this apartment to anyone anytime.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The house itself was great, with nice playgrounds for kids and even a game area for adults. There’s also an excellent meat restaurant just across the street, which we loved. The apartment was minimally equipped, but it had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The only inconvenience was the app-based entry system: if your phone battery dies, you lose internet connection, or you can’t access the app for any reason, you won't be able to enter the apartment. The host was very responsive and always available when we needed assistance. Thank you for a great stay!

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief immer einwandfrei und er hat sehr schnell geantwortet und konnte bei allen unseren Fragen und Anliegen helfen. Wir konnten sogar spontan Billard spielen und das Fitnessstudio benutzen. Immer wieder gern :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiant for our work trip, and it met all our expectations. First and foremost, it was exceptionally clean, which I believe is the most important factor for feeling comfortable. The apartment had a lovely balcony and received plenty of sunshine, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there was no noise or disturbances from the building, which made for a peaceful stay. During our time there, we did experience some WiFi issues on the first night, but our host was quick to address and resolve the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. There were two minor things missing that would have made the stay even better. First, wine glasses or cups—there were only regular glasses available. Second, a soap holder or a washing liquid dispenser would have been helpful, as we had to place the soap directly on the sink. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Michael's place is located in a great location with a spectacular view of the Eye at night. the balcony was perfect. Great walking location. There is a Nespresso machine but no bodum or drip coffee maker. Bed and sofa are comfy. The shower flow is underwhelming and it is awkward to fill the tub. Great building amenities.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Ankommen verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings hat beim Eintreffen das Wasser, Internet und die Klima nicht funktioniert. Noch am selben Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter von Cosmica und hat alles gelöst. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation überragend und perfekt. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde zu jeder Tageszeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich habe eine tolle Empfehlung für einen Helikopter Flug bekommen, der für mich sogar gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl Marina, als auch Strand und Riesenrad waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es trotz der Höhe sehr laut war durch den Verkehr. Nachmittags hat es sehr lange gedauert die Wohnung per Taxi / Uber zu erreichen, da die Straßen überfüllt sind. Alles in allem hat aber alles gepasst und Cosmica hat uns bestens betreut.

I have booked this apartment for my parents, who visited me for a week and I needed them to live near to my place. For that purpose, the location was perfect; however, this tower is a bit further from the main Town Square area of life and hence not many walkable options of restaurants and shops. The Apartment is a bit tiny, but again, for this purpose it was sufficient. I had to bring my parents extra toilet paper and bags for trash bin, as they got only one from each for the entire week. The building is however beautiful, with a big gym and swimming pool. Apartment was otherwise well prepared and clean. If you are looking for more life, then this may not be the best area/tower for you, however, a great place to be for peaceful holidays. Ali was very responsive and provided clear instructions, so everything went smoothly.

This spacious apartment has an excellent location with the so-called Golden Mile in the backyard where you can walk along palms to Galeria Mall, Nakheel Mall incl. St. Regis and the latest hotel additions on West Beach, Hilton and Marriott. Playgrounds for children are very close as well. Go across the street to the east side and you have access to the large residents' pool with bar and beach including a nice restaurant. Parking space was usually available in the visitor section of the car park right below the building, otherwise there are additional public parking spaces around the corner. The apartment has sea views incl. Burj al Arab from the bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and even working area with printer. Overall a perfect place also for longer stays and Troy is a great and caring host.

Was an awesome stay in this place. Apartment, the location and checkin were all great. Will definitely stay here again during my next trip.
