The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

I had a fantastic stay at the villa, and our host truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. Very peaceful place, kids friendly place with water park, play area and Mohamed was exceptionally helpful with quicker response, local recommendations and flexible with check in and out.

Great place, good sized space, several sleeping options, with a nice TV and Netflix. Location was easy to access and close to main things to do. Responsive and helpful owner (Zayed) and caretaker (Monika). Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely fell in love with the place, exactly what I was looking, it’s hard to find something like this in the uae, ultimate privacy whilst still being accessible, already planning next trip here with a group of friends

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Studio, in einer sicheren Anlage und mit allen Komfort den man braucht. Für die in alle Himmelsrichtungen verteilten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt die Anlage sehr zentral. Nach anstrengenden Tagen haben wir den Pool nicht mehr genutzt, aber dafür sehr gut geschlafen. Maya war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir können nur eine Empfehlung abgeben und kommen bestimmt wieder.

The apartment was great for my stay in Dubai and as described. Alex was very responsive and helpful with anything needed. Self Check in was easy and location was good. Bus stop right in front if needed and goes to Mall of Emirates where there is a metro station. Everything was clean. Also appreciate the welcome pizza after a day of travelling. Thanks Alex

Absolutely fantastic stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Roxy and Greg were very lovely and welcoming, they are responsive and very helpful to us. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The space was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location and the building was perfect, whole place is beautiful and spacious, perfect for families. Plus the balcony has a stunning view of JVC and Five Hotel. Local supermarkets and great restaurants are just a short walking distance. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a homely stay in Dubai.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment! Hosted the 6 of us well. Perfect location as it is so close to Yas island, only 5 mins by car. Everything was clean and very aesthetically decorated. Pull-out couch was comfortable! The host is extremely friendly and communicated with us really well. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

The duplex is beautiful, lots of space and good interior. The balcony is also very large with a good view over the lake. There are loads of local amenities, shops, restaurants, and pub. The gym is basic but has most things you need and a good pool that gets some sun. JLT is also close to the palm and marina.

Fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped apartment in Ansam, Yas Island. Everything was spotless and brand new, with high-end appliances and all essentials thoughtfully provided. Check-in was smooth, and the generous welcome pack was a lovely touch. Perfectly located for exploring Yas Island. Highly recommended!

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Great apartment, well equipped, friendly host, parking included, beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend. The mattresses if you are more than 2 guests are quite thin, we doubled them and our kids slept perfectly. Otherwise excellent.

Nagyszerű szállás, ennél jobb lokációt pedig nehéz elképzelni a Pálma szigeteken. Ár-érték arányban kiváló választás, azonban a szálláshelyre egy felújítás már nagyon ráférne. Több olyan dolog is megtalálható volt a szálláshelyen ami máshol nem szokott: professzionális kávégép,háztartási kellékek pl, só, olaj stb, több babaágy, babakocsi és még játékok is a gyerekeknek.

Logement conforme à l’annonce, bonne emplacement avec place de parking vue très sympa sur la marina, supérette en bas de l’immeuble et snack, le petit plus du logement est la balade en bateau privé.

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, Parkhaus, Pool, gym, Sauna und super saubere Unterkunft !

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .
