Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Beautiful Post & Beam on a private 2 acre lot with access to the 3rd basin of Great East Lake (a short walk away). The lake front is a great spot for swimming, fishing, kayaking or relax and enjoy a good book. This place is ideal for weekend getaways with friends or a family vacation. Plenty of outdoor activities year round. There are ATV and snowmobile trails close by. Take a 1 minute drive to Goat Hill trail for a nice easy hike. Enjoy fall foliage and snow shoeing in the winter.

Enjoy peace and tranquility on your private back deck, the amazing salt water hot tub (exclusively use) new sauna, heated seasonal outdoor shower, deep bathtub (showering is tricky for people taller then 5'5)with bluetooth speaker.Comfortable king size bed with European bedding and a single fold out foam mattress on the 1st floor, that was just finished as another relax area, with 70" TV, record player, hammock & hanging chair.

Beautiful four bedroom two bath home located on Balch Lake in West Newfield Maine. Two private docks and your own boat launch. Sandy beach area on the south side of the house receives lots of sunshine. Take out kayaks or pedal boat to explore Balch Lake! Updated kitchen and a magnificent view of the lake from the living room. Relax in the shade under 2 motor canopies on the deck off of the master bedroom. Enjoy a barbeque and go for a swim at this hidden gem.
