Great Stay in Nizwa, Khalid is good host, apartment is very near to nizwa fort, bottom of apartment there is supermarket, apartment furniture is nice and having all kitchen equipment, There is private car parking as well, Overall very good experience

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy studio! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The interiors were absolutely beautiful and tastefully done, with a modern yet cozy vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a super comfy bed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The location was perfect too—close to great restaurants and cafes. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Très bon rapport qualité/ prix. L'appartement est bien situé (à 15min à pied du souk) et il est très propre.

Very beautiful place in a beautiful area. The host was very helpful. Note that you do need a 4x4 car to pass the police checkpoint to go up the mountain to get to the place, road is safe.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung verfügte über allen notwendigen Dingen. Es ist modern eingerichtet und es wirkte alles neu. Etwas Tageslicht wäre wünschenswert. Abends war es etwas hellhörig. Alles in allem würden wir aber erneut buchen. Wir fanden es sehr gut.

Everything was perfect: We wanted to stay at a place next to the Souq of Nizwa without being inside it. Locationwise it was perfect because it was just 2 minutes away from the Souq by car (and I think 15 min by feet). The place is as clean as it gets, the bed ist comfortable and you have everything that you might need. The check-in ist really really flexible and Khalid as a host is interested and invested in making your stay as great as possible. Please, don't miss out on the "Oman Across Ages Museum" and enjoy this beautiful country and it's wonderful people!

Definitely the best place I’ve booked in Nizwa,, the bed is comfortable, AC is cooling well , furniture is new , water pressure and temperature are fantastic,, everything i mentioned above was top quality . I will give this apartment 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I will come back again for sure!

房东热情，友善。房子位置很好，出门过马路对面就是尼兹瓦城堡，走两分钟就有餐厅，能吃到骆驼肉和羊肉！推荐！

Definitely the best place I’ve booked in Nizwa,, the bed is comfortable, AC is cooling well , furniture is new , water pressure and temperature are fantastic,, everything i mentioned above was top quality . I will give this apartment 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I will come back again for sure!
