The location boasts excellent access for recreation on Tug Hill, and we’re situated nicely to enjoy all the other great outdoor recreational activities that Northern NY state offers, including the Adirondack mountains, Lake Ontario, and the 1000 Islands areas. The snowmobile trail directly across the road, takes you straight into Barnes Corners and onto the trail network, yet we’re only 5 minutes off I81. Ride from the property!

There is no limit to any outdoor activities with this location.

Each room has a TV. This unit is in the second floor, with a parking area for two cars, washer, dryer and 70" tv in living room. Living off the grid in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature sounds like a unique and peaceful experience. The addition of chickens, geese and a beekeeping experience adds to the charm of the stay. This is a small Hobbie Farm with a cute rustic cabin with a compost toilet and a mini woodstove. Nestled in its own little yard wildlife may be about. Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.
