Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Adriatic Sea

Umag ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Die Altstadt mit Restaurants und Cafés, Parks und Hafenpromenade sind von der Unterkunft aus fußläufig nach kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ebenso wie eine kleine Bäckerei um für's Frühstück einzukaufen. Meer und Strand sind nur 50 m entfernt und man hat von der Wohnung und der Loggia einen grandiosen Blick auf's Meer. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich ausgestattet, so dass man dort auch mal einen Regentag gut und gerne verbringen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen vor Ort gut erholt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit Hund.

Internetes szálláshely foglaláskor nagyon ritka és kiemelkedően jó dolog amit itt tapasztaltunk: a szállás leirása alapján (fotók és szöveg) elképzelt helynél egy sokkal csodálatosabb ingatlanba érkeztünk. Minden úgy volt, ahogy le volt irva, csak még jobb: látszott, hogy folyamatosan gondozzák, fejlesztik a helyet, mind bútorzatban, mind a kertben és más kinti terekben. Egy kis gyémánt ezt a hely egy nyugodt, békés öbölben a vizparton. A házigazdánk nagyon segitőkész volt, mindenben segitett és nagyon kedvesen, türelmesen tűrte kérdéseinket, problémáinkat, mindent megoldott. A környezet rendezett, a szomszédság csendes és békés, itt tényleg lehetett nyugodtan pihenni és relaxálni. Külön kedvesség volt a házigazda által tulajdonolt vizi sportszerek felajánlása használatra tartózkodásunk alatt (pl. SUP), erre nem is számitottunk. Mindent köszönünk, csak igy tovább!

Wonderfully located and clean apartment in a traditional house in the old town. Albert is very polite and warm and he even speaks German. We would come back anytime!

Marina is a very nice host, the garden is beautiful and there are many places to relax. I liked the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to cook delicious meals. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear the neighbor, but apart from that everything was fine, I can recommend the accommodation.

Cozy little place with really nice view from the balcony, where we ate all our meals. Place is lovely, and someone put a lot of handmade effort into it, so it looks homey. Beach and everything else is 5 minutes walk away, which is nice.

House is placed right next to very quiet and beautiful beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Emi offered us self made bread and honey and was very helpful during whole visit giving us tips about local food, tradition and interesting facts!

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Gute Lage mit toller Aussicht. Ruhig und erholsam. Schöne Strände und Orte nicht weit mit dem Auto entfernt. Check in und Out hat alles super geklappt.

An absolutely beautiful holiday home for a very peaceful stay in Puglia. It’s close enough to walk to Polignano a Mare (which is stunning and has great restaurants) though only if you’re okay walking ~30mins. There are tuktuks in town to take you back. It’s very close to the marina (<5min walk) so perfect for taking a boat tour of the local coast line which I highly recommend. There is a rocky beach nearby for getting in the sea but not a lot of room for laying out all day. Highly recommend a rental car if you wanna get the most out of the location. Tony is the owner and looked after the pool. He was incredible and highly responsive, even though he pays the agency to look after the place, he was very hands on. Really glad too because the agency contact was not very helpful. He even came to sort out a power outage very quickly one night and drove us to the train station on our last day! All in all, a beautiful property in a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Kaja's celebrating mu husband's 60th birthday and retirement. The villa has lots of room and a very well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of outside spaces so you can have sun or shade at any time. The sea is literally across the road. We had the beach almost to ourselves most days in September. the water is warm and clear. We really enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayak - what a bonus! The pool is small but lovely - great to cool off in and kids would love it. Trogir is beautiful and only a a 20 - 25 minute walk. There a many places to eat or just stop for a drink. we took the ferry to Split one day which is well worth it as you sea the lovely coastline as you go. We also did a 3 island boat trip which was fun. Kaja was the perfect host. she responded very quickly to all queries and gave us good recommendations. Her son even dropped our bags off at the airport for us to save us carrying them around after we checked out. Thanks again Kaja!

Wir waren 2 Päärchen & hatten dank der 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern die optimale privatsphäre. Es ist eine super Unterkunft für Freunde, aber auch für Familien ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich & man konnte gut kommunizieren. Die Strände wo wir waren, waren innerhalb 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 10-15 Minuten in Pula sowie Medulin. Die Supermärkte sind ebenso im Umkreis von 10km. Eine Apotheke & Tankstelle sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft & der Lage. Wir kommen wieder :)

The Brela home was wonderful: just a few steps to the sea, located in a very quiet area of Brela, lots of beautiful walkways and pine trees stretching into the sea. The location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and very well stocked with all the necessities. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen stocked well. We definitely would recommend this place for a nice family vacation. We loved it.

We stayed at Markus’ place with our family of 5. We had a great stay, the area is amazing and therefore waking up with the view from the big window was unbelievable. The swimming pool and great working AC’s make sure that you’re comfortable even when it’s very hot. It took some time to figure certain things out but due to Markus’ proactive attitude and clear communication everything worked out perfectly. Don’t forget to turn on the boiler for hot water! Markus really made this stay even better than expected, would highly recommend.

Pour une famille de 5, le logement était parfait. Tout le confort est présent, le logement était très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus, elle est également très propre et chauffée... Ivan fût très accueillant et nous a bien renseigné sur les activités autour.

This is my second time staying here. It is one of my favorite Airbnbs ever! If I'm ever in this part of Croatia, I will always try to stay here! Perfect place in a beautiful location. Easy drive to Zadar, Plitvice, Paklenica NP, Pag!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und fürsorglich und haben uns mit vielen nützlichen Informationen zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung versorgt. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot eine fantastische Aussicht. Besonders toll war die kurze Distanz zum Meer – nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt es eine günstige Bootsfähre nach Trogir, die wir regelmäßig genutzt haben. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

The apartment was super clean and location is also great, municipal beach is in walking distance. Anyway we used the car to reach other beautiful secluded beaches. Communication was easy and productive all the time. The only thing I lacked during our stay was a small iron or steamer. In any case the apartment and the host deserve 5 star 💯 percent

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Uns wurde immer sofort geholfen, wenn etwas benötigt wurde. Der kleine (fast) private Strand ist wunderbar. Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze und es ist mit dem Auto nicht weit zum nächsten Supermarkt oder in die Stadt Korcula.

Vi har hatt en fantastisk ferie på Hvar. Stor takk til Nira sin leilighet og dens beliggenhet. Leiligheten er enkel og pen. Den hadde alt vi hadde behov for. Det er ca. 20 minutter å gå inn til Hvar sentrum, men det var ikke noe problem for oss. Fin tur langs vannet! Området rundt leiligheten var rolig og hadde et par gode restauranter. Vi hadde ikke behov for å bevege oss inn til sentrum hver dag. Badeområdet var kjempe fint. Ikke helt privat, men aldri mye folk. Fantastisk utsikt til solnedgangen. Nira var veldig hyggelig og det var lett å kommunisere med henne. Hun ga oss blant annet noen tips til restauranter og var så snill å bestilte taxi for oss dagen vi skulle dra hjem. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Davor is a really friendly host who gave me warm welcome when I arrived at his apartment. He also helped me with arranging transportation from the airport for a reasonable price. His apartment was nice and clean. I especially enjoyed the balcony with the beautiful ocean view. The apartment is also a short distance from the old town and has a lot of restaurants nearby so everything is a short walk distance from his place. All in all had a great time and would definitely book this apartment again for my next trip to Herceg Novi.

Nice location with beautiful beaches with clear water, the nearest ones located 5-10 minutes from the apartment, but the ways are a bit rocky with steep stairs etc... Flip flops are not the best shoes to wear if you want to reach the beaches. Apartment was nice and clean with basically everything you need.
