The Blue Cow Barn - Betsie Cottage

The Blue Cow Barn Accommodation is situated on a working farm, 1km from Barrydale town centre. Our farm has gone through many seasons - from a fruit farm to a dairy farm and now a guest farm. Our cottages are named after the cows that were part of the dairy and Betsie is our most flamboyant and eccentric cottage and cow. You'll love this cottage as it is situated in the original farm barn that dates back to the 1960's and the gorgeous mountain view. This cottage also has access to the hot tub.

Nestled in a beautiful traditional village , it is a short walk from wonderful tavernas and some lovely local shops. The beach at Almyrida is only a 5 minute drive. And beautiful Chania is 30 minutes away !

Converted Stone Barn

The rustic charm of a converted stone barn set in the majestic Drakensberg mountains. Soak up the wonders of nature on the patio with uninterrupted berg views as cattle, horses graze nearby, enjoy a stroll down to the Mkimkhulu river for a spot of fly fishing. For the more active a hike along one of the many trails on the farm there are plenty of birdlife to enjoy, or bring your bike for fantastic MTB trails. Come relive Gozo’s traditional way of life at this authentic house situated in the charming Gozo hamlet called Munxar. This house has been meticulously renovated from a 200 year old farm into a magnificent holiday house with modern amenities and private pool. What was originally the mill room is now the living room with sofas and a fireplace for our winter visitors.
