Really enjoyed my stay in Butuan. Had a hassle-free stay, thanks to the host and the caretaker for being so easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends ❤️

This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍

Host is very kind and easy to communicate. The place is clean and peaceful.

In short, we loved staying here and extended twice. It's a beautiful house and really suited our needs for staying in Cabadbaran and having my wife's family meet us here and celebrate her homecoming. It's immensely spacious and has full cooking and dining facilities. All four bedrooms are spacious and cool. Dinah and the staff were extremely helpful and responded very quickly in our exchanges. Much had already been provided for, in the house. All the amenities worked well and I really appreciated having air-con throught the building. We had a comparatively much better experience here than we did at other local hotels. To my mind, this is the best place to stay in Cabadbaran.

This is a lovely, clean and well-cared for 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in a subdivision, located 5 minutes away from the Robinson mall in Butuan. The owners manage the property and are personable and responsive to all needs and requests. We stayed here twice and will do so again when we return to Butuan.

The house is very clean and spacious, also loved the fact that the owner is very responsive and friendly...

Gretcel’s place is cozy, clean and comfortable. Towels and sheets are fresh and smell good. We were able to cook meals as cooking tools are available. I like the quiet neighborhood of Camella Prima Ampayon, it’s safe to take a walk or jog around. Most of all, Gretcel is a wonderful host, replied promptly and was very helpful with local recommendations. Also, I left my airpods after checkout, and she arranged for its return. Thank you! Will definitely book again when in Butuan City.

We had a nice stay, plus points that they have a big watertank considering the water problem in Butuan City.. the wifi is good and the netflix is also a plus..
