I recently stayed at Wasim's apartment, and as always, it’s my first choice whenever I visit the area. The apartment is exactly as described—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view of the beach is absolutely stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful morning coffee or evening unwind. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet the apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Wasim, as always, was an excellent host—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. His recommendations for local spots were spot on! I truly recommend Wasim's apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It’s always my first choice, and I look forward to staying here again ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Tulip Tower on Ajman Corniche. The room setup was very thoughtful, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything we needed was already there – from an iron and ironing board to a drying stand for washed clothes, a washing machine, and even a huge smart TV with active Amazon Prime and Netflix subscriptions. The quality of all the products provided, from the kitchen to the toilet and shower, was impressive and well thought out. Communication was smooth and clear throughout our stay. Wasim, the host, was fantastic, and a special shoutout to Monaco, Ibrahim, and the entire on-ground team for their support. They were cooperative, responsive, and always available to help. Any issues we faced were taken seriously and resolved swiftly. The only areas for improvement would be the bed and mattress, which could be more comfortable, and the air conditioning, which wasn't as cool as expected – especially during warmer hours. Overall, a great experience

Honestly quite unbelievable especially for the price - in a good way! Not even £40/night and it really is practically a fully-furnished flat/apartment with excellent amenities (including a washing machine, fridge, freezer) and of course air conditioning and so on. The bed is comfortable too. Wasim and his team respond to messages within minutes at any time of day, we felt very supported. There's also a 24 hour schwarma place at the foot of the building which is cool. Was here for a wedding and some of the guests stayed in hotels for five or so times the price and I can't imagine they got much more than we did!

It was an amazing and specially a comfortable experience. As the one travelling with family, this place was perfect for our needs, and host helped us a lot in settling up, as this was our first time in this area. Definitely going to come again.

Had a great time staying here, it is very close to the beach in ajman , lots of restaurants around you within 10 mins walk or less. the host ,Ibrahim etc were so helpful and responsive . we had a sink pipe burst and water went everywhere in the bathroom and was flooding in bathroom and kitchen , i contacted the host and literally within 20mins the sink was fixed and the floor was dry and looked like it never happened! only note is for anyone staying it is far from dubai city so rent a car or if you don't mind there is a bus for its 1hr or more to dubai but ajman is a great location to chill and hangout

Our stay was great. Apartment was clean and well-maintained. The location is in a lively area with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby, and was right by the beach. The host was responsive and really helpful. Very prompt and even offered cleaning services as I was staying for 2 weeks. 👍

We stayed at Wasim's place for 10 days and it was a wonderful experience! The studio apartment is warm, cozy, and designed with great attention to detail—it felt like a true home away from home. Wasim has clearly put a lot of effort into every aspect of the space, and it really made our stay special. We were able to contact Ibrahim anytime if we had any questions, and their team was always available and happy to assist us. We were so impressed by their hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Très bon emplacement, manque un petit coup de rafraîchissement niveau peinture des murs dans le salon qui craque un peu… Mais sinon tout fonctionne correctement, bien agencé et spacieux. Arrivé c’est bien passer, j’ai eu un petit soucis avec la porte d’entré qui voulait plus s’ouvrir mais en deux temps trois mouvement c’était réparer. Commerce au pied de l’immeuble avec restaurant et mosquée accessible à pied. Merci Wasim
