Checker was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and having available parking was a great bonus. I highly recommend this place and would gladly book it again.

Beautiful historical home for a few night stay while we attending grandson graduation 🧑‍🎓 love the bathroom it was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Jane’s place was beautifully clean and she thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. My only negative is the king bed was not very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool and lots of activities available Would definitely return

I stayed in Andrea's Airbnb for a month while working remotely. It is truly a gem that combines proximity to what Gainesville is famous for: the University of Florida, Shands Hospital complex, and Santa Fe College. This airbnb is in proximity to variety of restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, parks, and houses of prayers. Andrea's airbnb is located in an upscale, walk-able community on the double cul-de-sac lined up with magnificent trees. The inside is superbly clean, with many thoughtful details, making you feel comfortable. Andrea, is an excellent host, assuring privacy and also responding promptly to communication and attending to requests and questions. There is free access to new washer/dryer. WiFi with good speed. Certainly, I will look up Andrea's Airbnb anytime I will be heading to Gainesville.

Maisnleys place was the perfect spot for me and my daughter. We stayed for one night while in town to visit family. It was the perfect size, had everything we needed and most importantly I felt safe being alone with my daughter in someone else’s home, in a town we’ve never been to. Thank you!

We got just what we wanted for a quiet weekend in natural surroundings while we explored nearby State Parks and Lk Kanapaha Botanical Gardens. I enjoyed being woken up by birds singing and my husband heard a donkey braying one morning.

First time staying here, I have stayed in about 20 different Airbnb‘s in Gainesville over the years. This is one of the nicest and definitely one of the coolest! It has this really Zen feeling to it. Love the private walkway to the entrance, has a nice covered lounge for two which we hung out on at night. Love the fountain out there and the beautiful mural. The room itself was great. The bed was comfortable, nice linens, plenty of extra linens and towels, lots of hot water, clean, ample parking. One note, if you have a third person with you, the futon is not the most comfortable to sleep on, but not a big deal. And swing looking out the french doors! What a fun and unique perk. Also, Lonie equipped the room with a complementary bottle of wine and several snack items and of course, coffee fixings. He was immediately responsive whenever I had a question or request, he adjusted the check-in when we arrived early and gave us an extra half hour for checkout. Super host. 

We enjoyed our stay here and will return if available. The location is 5-10 minutes to UF and all the stores on Archer but it’s so peaceful and quiet. Parking was on the street in front of the main property on a very quiet street in beautiful golf club community. It had everything we needed—nice hot shower and comfortable bed and couch. Highly recommended.

This secret hideout was perfect for our stay and planned adventure. It was very spacious and so cozy. The bed was so comfy and the space perfectly decorated. Enjoyed sunrise with coffee in hand from screened porch and beautiful sunset views too. The dock allowed us access to our hobbies of photography and fishing. Hosts were super and very attentive ! We definitely will return for more adventures. Thanks for this location and our great stay!

Believe it or not this was our first time using Airbnb. We’ve always stayed in hotels. We didn’t know it was graduation season and reached out and found their wonderful little place will be definitely choosing Airbnb and their room again.

Very nice place, the hot tub was amazing and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, and quiet, which made it easy to relax. It had all the essentials we needed, from a comfortable bed to convenient amenities that made our time there feel like home. The atmosphere was peaceful, just what we needed to recharge for a day of sports. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous house and amazing host. Tomy is very responsive and welcoming. The house is beautiful, cared for and very comfortable. Located in a quiet upscale, beautiful neighborhood, house has stunning backyard with covered pool area. It definitely has WOW effect. We stayed only one night, but felt like home. Thank you!

Beautiful spot with a nice yard area, nice screened in patio, and more ! We just so happened to be greeted upon arrival and shown our space which was a pleasant surprise. It's a quieter area which was great. The hot tub is a unique feature as well. I would stay here again. thanks!

Place was really cute and as described. Lisa was a great host and very accommodating and responsive. They neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and centrally located to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Even though there are two residences connected, there was plenty of privacy. Look forward to coming back.

Mike’s place is beautiful and most importantly , very functional! I really liked the layout and the peaceful ambience. It is very close to the university and walkable to places to grab a quick bite. I really liked the kitchen setup and the coffee maker is a life saver! Great place and will come again!
