Este alojamiento merece todas las estrellas posibles, la atención, el lugar en sí, su ubicación todo todo estuvo perfecto, caminábamos al Capitolio y al malecón porque todo eres muy cerca, nos vendieron la cena en 10 dólares y el desayuno en 8 dólares, muy deliciosa y variada. Éramos una familia de 19 personas y la atención fue espectacular

Our stay at Luis' place was great! Luis and Sandra were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Anything that we needed they were able to provide for us, sometimes from their own apartment! Unfortunately two of my party got sick in the last few days of our trip. Luis was great about checking in with us and making sure our needs were met until they were feeling better. The space is clean and well kept. Things to be aware of: -This is not a touristic part of Havana, you live as the locals do -Power cuts are common and outside of the host's control -Spanish only, be comfortable with the language or have an offline translator We would definitely stay here again!

An authentic Cuban finca all for yourself, with a spacious clean and neat house and a huge garden with fruit trees. My partner and I felt at home here, and always so well taken care of by the utterly and genuinely friendly hosts. We missed these people and the place as soon as we left. We enjoyed daily short strolls to the nearby village Barreras (for buying produce etc), and the around 45 min walk to the most gorgeous beach nearby. One can also take taxi to the beach, and to the bigger and busier beach-town Guanabo. It may be smart to bring your own mosquito net/tent, but only for the twilight and early mornings, even though we rarely got bitten. The kitchen is spaceous and has all the basics. I can warmly recommend it, with its local Cuban charm and the most helpful and exellent hosts. This place is a gem!

We had an incredible stay at Issy’s place in Old Havana! From the moment we booked, she was so responsive and helped us plan our entire trip, making everything seamless. She even provided us with a local cell phone, which was a huge help while navigating Cuba. Issy went above and beyond in every way—she was fantastic with our kids, making them feel right at home, and her breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Every morning was a treat with fresh, delicious food to start the day. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, attentive host who truly cares about her guests, Issy is the one! We can’t recommend her place enough and would absolutely stay here again.

La persona que nos atendió fue Alberto, un viejito muy jovial y amable, de hecho nos ayudó con las compras locales, nos ayudó a cosinar, nos acompaño a la playa y cada detalle que necesitamos. la atención muy personal. fue como si fuera nuestro abuelito, nos hablo de la historia del lugar ya que tiene su edad y aún así nos ayudó con temas de internet y más que no recuerdo.. muy recomendado, la casa a tres pasos de la plata la cual fue muy agradable, agua limpia, calientita, poco profunda y un atardecer increíble. esperamos regresar prontamente.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

Our stay at Grendas Place was phenomenal - the space, the pool and the services that were included were amazing. If we had any problems the housekeeper Made did everything to help us, even when trying to travel somewhere else in Cuba she kept contact and waited for our safe travel back. Morning breakfast and the food that you can order when you want to dine at home was homemade and superb. Everything was taken of - we felt like kings on a hill. Much love to the staff ❤️

We spent a great New Year’s Eve at Cesar’s beautiful house! It was large enough to accommodate the whole family comfortably. Between flying kites, playing billiards and swimming in the pool there was something fun for all ages! Perfect for large groups!

Excellent place, good price. Belkis and family are extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of me like family, and I really appreciate that! The location is very good, near good restaurants and local private markets where you can acquire all you need for a moderate price. I recommend the place and the area in general. great terrace in Centro Havana, private & clean, the only drawback is the staircase without a lift, however worth the climb in this case as it's not too loud upstairs & beautiful terrace with views of Havana, great & very helpful/ accommodating host, will surely return on my next visit, kitchen a bit small but had enough pots & plates & fridge, so was very happy with our stay overall, also Yanet provided lots of local recommendations & let us leave the bags till late pm on the last day as well as use her freezer at some point, so couldn't ask for more!

Lo recomiendo 100% me he quedado muy satisfecha y contenta con todo, el lugar en buenísima ubicación, tranquilo, el anfitrión muy atento, amigable. No tengo quejas alguna. Todo excelente.

Приятное атмосферное жильё. В этом доме ощущается дух старой Гаваны. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый хозяин, который помог нам с организацией поездки в Виньялес и с вызовом такси в аэропорт. Также есть возможность заказать вксный завтрак в любое время. Учитывайте, что это шумный центр Гаваны, для кого-то это может не подойти, но в любом случае есть вторая тихая комната в глубине дома. Patricia went out of her way to help me with whatever I needed. Her brother cooked my dog meals because I had forgotten my dogs food and the pet store i walked to had gone out of business. Patricia speaks good English and available whenever i had a question or concern. I plan staying there again!

We loved staying in this apartment, Geraldine went all out to make our time in Havanna memorable! She helped us with Taxi services and everything else we needed. The terrace is beautiful and it is possible to order drinks. The streets are vibrant and we felt safe at all times.

The house and staff are awesome. Gabriel and Suzette make everything easy and comfortable and helped us feel right at home in Cuba. The house was built in 1915. It's basically the second floor of a mansion with the front door on the ground floor where security is always there. The ceilings are about 15' high with lots of mouldings and drapes with giant tassles etc. The roof deck was a really nice place to hang out in the evenings and take in the surroundings. It's close to restaurants and the oceanfront sidewalk that runs the length of Havana.

Super cómodo, bonito, la familia es maravillosa y nos ayudaron mucho y en todo. Estar en Cuba es precioso, estar en esta casa también lo fue. Muy agradecidos!!!!
