Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Alamar

This was my second time staying at Maira’s apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights — close to Casa de la Musica, a fantastic live music venue you can walk to for a great night out. For me, parking is essential since I usually rent a car, and this place makes it easy. You can typically park right on the street out front, and there’s also a secure paid lot directly across the street that only costs 300 Cuban pesos per night (about $1.50 USD), which is super convenient — especially in case of a power outage. The apartment is on the third floor with a reliable elevator, and it’s well equipped with all the essentials: a strong working A/C, comfortable space, and a small terrace perfect for cooling off and people-watching after a day exploring Havana. Maira and her nephew, Mr. Piloto, are fantastic hosts. He’s just a quick call away if you ever need anything, and they both go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable.

Elena is definitely a super fantastic host. I personally felt the apartment to be warm, safe, clean, and inviting. I would stay again.

Great apartment, very comfy bed, great shower, big good quality towels. Air con in both rooms was great. Plenty of space. Bedroom is away from the street so really quiet at night. Central location in Havana old town. Highly recommended.

Amazing location. The owners are really amazing, cheerful and helpful. I felt right at home. This apartment is a rare find. Modern, extremely comfortable, spacious, clean and perfectly located. Beautiful morning views of the Malecón. Nearby to restaurants and shops to make day to day living quite convenient. Definitely recommend 🎉

This apartment can only be described as a Magical place, from it’s amazing locating in front of Hotel Nacional de Cuba which is an Icon of the Cuban culture, the quality of the people visiting the building, so close to restaurants and entertainment places, taxi access 24 hrs a day without the need to wait for it, beautiful view from the balcony , clean place, very well maintained, nice decoration, original bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, very quiet for relaxing and a romantic get away. Gabriela was not only helpful but she went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, her father Roberto waited for me in front of the building to give me a tour of the place and to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The only problem I had was not having enough time to stay longer. This place made me fall in love with Habana again.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à La Havane. L’appartement était beau, propre et confortable. Avec toutes les commodités pour cuisiner. Et il est extrêmement bien situé, donnant accès directement sur un des plus beaux endroits de La Havane la Plaza Vieja. Beaucoup de restaurants et beaucoup d’attractions aux alentours. Es una casa muy cómoda con espacios grandes y ventilados. La atención de la señora Caridad es inmejorable. Muy bien ubicada y con todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Zunilda was very professional and responsive. We loved staying at the very cute apartment. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, the neighborhood felt safe. The space was not only beautiful, but very clean and tidy. The beds were comfy, and the customer service was excellent. We would stay there again! Thanks, Zunilda!

Cary y su equipo (Elena, Carlos, Norberto y el chiqui) siempre fueron muy atentos. Siempre estaban al pendiente de nuestra comodidad, a pesar de cualquier circunstancia, realmente me sentí como en casa. Si pactas con Cary con anticipación te puede ofrecer desayuno por un costo extra, que junto con Elena hacen desayunos muy vastos y ricos. Cary es una persona muy dulce, si platicas con ella tiene mucho por contar, simplemente yo la quiero mucho y junto con Elena ya las extraño como a mi familia. Recomiendo mucho el lugar, tranquilo y a la orilla del mar, los atardeceres son increíbles, lugar cercano al Palacio de Convenciones, se puede llegar caminando y aunque no esta cercano a Centro Habana, se puede solucionar con servicio de taxi (recomiendo mucho a Don Guillermo, Cary puede contactar con él). Sin duda regresaré 🇨🇺🥹

Frank communicated promptly and helped with any concerns or questions. The location is great for walking to restaurants or the Malecon.

Although our group wasn't able to provide Densil's House with early notice of our arrival due to a lack of Wi-Fi, they were still fully prepared for us at short notice. Everyone at the Airbnb was incredibly welcoming and kind. Adrian was a lifesaver, coordinating our rides, especially when our SIM card stopped working. The breakfast was divine, and the view was breathtaking. Highly recommend this place!

Mina, Mina, Mina! She made our trip easy, she's so helpful. such a sweet soul! I'm looking forward to vacationing there again!

Un muy buen alojamiento con todo lo que puedes necesitar y en una gran ubicación . Sarahí estuvo muy al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesite y siempre trato de ayudarme . En general el departamento es cómodo y agradable , recomiendo este lugar para quien sea que vaya de visita a la habana . Gracias

Estoy muy feliz de que hayamos logrado encontrar un alojamiento donde la pasamos muy bien en La Habana, Cuba. Y nuestro anfitrión Calixto fue particularmente atractivo. Parece que realmente proporcionó un momento agradable y memorable. Pasar un buen rato en un alojamiento es extremadamente importante y, obviamente, las habilidades de hospitalidad de Calixto contribuyeron mucho a eso. Su amabilidad, amabilidad y disponibilidad probablemente fueron fundamentales para que nos sintiéramos como en casa y encontráramos todo lo que necesitábamos. El alojamiento fue de alta calidad donde se cubrieron todas nuestras necesidades básicas y pudimos relajarnos y recargar energías entre exploraciones. La Habana en Cuba es una ciudad emocionante y estoy seguro de que encontró muchos lugares de interés y experiencias interesantes. La excelente ubicación de la propiedad nos permitió explorar fácilmente la ciudad y acceder a sitios culturales e históricos. Agradecemos a Calixto y su esposa por todo.

Ich kannte die Gegend schon ein wenig und habe aus diesem Grund diese Unterkunft gewählt. Eine traumhafte Sicht auf das Meer und der Avenido de Malecon waren natürlich auch super. Wer gerne spaziert kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Vielen Dank! Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend.

I had a wonderful stay with Gabriel and Maria. I was traveling by myself and looking for a place I could relax and not worry. Gabriel and Maria were so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable trip. The apartment is well-appointed and has a beautiful view of the sea. They were so gracious when I asked to have a flexible check in/check out due to my flights. They provided me with a map with the best restaurants and beaches. They called me a taxi when I wanted to go to a nearby beach and they when I needed to go back to the city. I cannot recommend this place enough and I would love to come back soon!

Un lugar exelente, tranquilo, exelente ubicacion muy buena vista al mar con unas puestas de sol indescritibles. solo un detalle que elevaria esta estancia aun mas. y es que le proporcionen al cliente cosas basicas, como papel de baño, pasta de diente y alguna aguas o refrescos entre otras cosas, aunque se le cobre al cliente si las consume. Solo para que el huesped tenga una primera opcion al llegar. En mi caso al llegar no tenia papel higienico y nada que tomar, y salir a compra algo despues de un viaje largo es algo molesto, en especial si no conoces nada. por lo demas fue una estancia muy placentera lo recomiendo 100%.

Excelente ubicación, si lo que te interesa es salir a caminar y conocer.. excelentes instalaciones para descansar, después de un largo día de caminar.. muy céntrico y con una tienda muy cercana a precios locales… sin mencionar la hospitalidad y calidad en el trato de la anfitriona Patricia, lo mejor

Excelente ubicación, rodeada de los lugares claves de La Habana. Alojamiento limpio y muy cómodo. Yoandra muy cálida y buena onda, siempre respondió rápidamente y de forma amable.
