Welcome to The Foxhole Retreat, a cozy & whimsical place to unwind after a day of adventure in Hatcher Pass & Palmer. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood minutes from Hatcher Pass, this walkout basement apartment will be the perfect home base for exploring. Outside you'll find a private patio where you can curl into the nest chair or dine outside on nice days. Inside you'll find a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen that is furnished stylishly with art and goods made by local artists & artisans.

Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Ravenwood Suites

We aim for you to feel as though you’re visiting family. The property features a spacious yard with a swing set & sandbox for kids. Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, convenient laundry access, & the chance to see local wildlife right outside the back door — moose (often with calves), ravens, Steller’s jays, squirrels, & on rare occasions, a bear. We also provide plenty of resources to help you plan your stay.

Private entrance with 2 private decks, 2 grills, fire pit, and chest freezer for your fish.

Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, beautiful mountain peaks, and tall trees. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. Lower patio has chairs for sitting out and enjoying the green therapy of summer. Located 4 miles from Palmer this home and the surrounding yards are spacious, peaceful, beautiful and sure to please.
