Beautiful property! Would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend. Close to town but remote enough to feel very secluded. Loved it!!!

The shabbin is a unique stay and for two people is a great experience. Loved the way it is set up on the inside, and the secluded feel yet short drive to town.

This is a fantastic place to stay, especially for those looking to experience the Northern Lights. The house is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Being away from the city makes it an ideal spot for stargazing and catching the Aurora right from the property. Additionally, there’s a hidden gem of an Aurora viewing point just a short 6-8 minute drive away—unexpectedly peaceful and truly magical. The host is responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Place was well stocked!! Had everything you would need! We were very impressed! The home was very clean! Tons of space to stretch out and make some memories together with all the games! We really enjoyed our time! would stay here again and would recommend!

A quaint cabin with everything you could need. We didn’t see any moose, but there was some moose poop in the yard, so we knew they had been there! Thanks for a great visit.

Took a boys trip with 3 friends and I selected Susanna’s home as our second choice as our first choice had raised the price of rental. This was easily the best decision we made. Susanna’s home in Wasilla was a prime location for our boys trip as we were able to adventure in any direction and enjoy amazing sights without having to drive an extra hour if you’re staying in downtown Anchorage. I was impressed with all of the amenities offered by Susannas home. The kitchen was very spacious and was stocked with every seasoning we could need. It often became our central gathering area of the house. Another treat to be able to view the Aurora Borealis from the comfort of the outside deck. Huddling around the fire pit was also very calming during these snowy nights. Overall, I would say this home is excellent place for you and your family (or friends) to stay if you want to enjoy the natural beauty of Lower Alaska without having to drive too far. Book it if you can. This place is perfect. There are sounds from an above unit but they did disrupt us. Great layout. And super lil coffee bar. Really quiet. Safe. And comfortable place.

The house was perfect for a family get together. There's plenty of space for everyone. There's a large kitchen for cooking. Raven proactively sent local suggestions for things to do and sent us a location nearby where we could catch the Northern lights.
