Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.

Gemütliches Apartement mit Garten zwischen den Küstenorten Moraira und Calpe. 2022 wurde das Studio komplett renoviert und nun steht unseren Gästen zusätzlich eine schöne Wohnküche mit Essplatz und Couch zur Verfügung. Eine mediterrane überdachte Terrasse mit Garten und BBQ Gasgrill rundet das Ganze ab. Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten. Ein Tennisplatz mit Sportangeboten wie Paddle Tennis, Yoga und Pilates ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

It has a beautiful balcony with an incredible view of the mountains and sea, perfect for a quick trip to the beach. It’s only 200 meters from the old town and 600 meters from the beach.
