Maison exceptionnelle, avec terrasse et vue incroyable sur la ville d’Oropesa. Piscine à débordement d’une taille suffisante et avec profondeur de 220cm. La maison ne manque de rien, est dans un état de propreté excellent et avec des équipements de qualité (climatisation, wifi, 2 écrans plats, fauteuils relaxs, produits d’entretien à l’arrivée). Sally et son fils Javi ont été très attentionnés et incroyablement disponibles. Une pépite au calme et à distance de l’effervescence des complexes hôteliers d’Oropesa.

Die Gastgeberin Carmen ist eine tolle, hilfsbereite , nette Gastgeberin, die mit ihrer Tochter zur jeder Zeit zu verfügung steht. Wir haben mit unseren 5 Kinder, drei tolle Wochen verbracht, die uns bestimmt lange in Erinnerung bleiben werden. Das große gut bestückte Ferienhaus von Carmen und Peniscola mit seiner tollen Mittelalter Festung und sein Strandpromonade werden uns immer reizen, gerne wider zu kommen.

Nos hemos alojado en el apartamento de Pepe y la estancia ha sido magnífica. Muy servicial y nos ha ayudado con todo. Volvería a repetir!

Casa que aconsejo con franqueza . A mí además me gustan especialmente las casas tipo villa. Ninguna pega con las mascotas que pueden estar perfectas en un jardín que tiene la vivienda. Yo he ido con tiempo frío y en muy poco tiempo se aclimanta con calefacción central. La atención de Lluís es desde el primer momento. Nos envió el mismo día de reserva una guía de la zona y sin presiones de horario. La casa muy limpia y aseada. Se nota como ha ido mejorando detalles para mejor estancia. La zona una maravilla, para todo tipo de senderismo y zonas fluviales. En definitiva, la aconsejo y yo en cuanto pueda volveré.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house in Peñíscola, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning garden views and the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the beach and the historic old town, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in one of Spain’s most charming coastal towns, I highly recommend this rental. We can’t wait to return! 🌟

Excellent séjour, au calme et en pleine nature. Très belle piscine collective et bien entretenue. Marisa et sa maman sont très accueillante et réactive . Je recommande !

Peace of mind and soul - this describes best the whole package of experience we had at the amazing chalette and the 7 star hospitality of David. The first best thing of course was the chalette. You have everything you need to feel at home in the house - space, cleanliness, little details, full equiped kitchen. The garden is full of different trees and staying at the terrace you can relax by just BE there. At night you can feel the sea and sleep "like a baby" ! The beach was the second best thing in our vacation - clean , thin sand and very wide. David was really responsive and helped us with everything we needed. There are two bikes available, which was great as we didn't come by car. The cycling roads are perfect and we managed to see everything. The children room is very nice and cozy, there is a room for kids to play, toys. The garden is spacious, there is kids corner and kids section in the pool.The sea doesnt get deep in the water as you enter. We will come back for sure! :)

Casa con todo lo que se puede pedir, limpieza, barbacoa, plancha para cocinar en el jardín, dos neveras, piscina, juguetes para críos e hinchables y una sensación increíble de paz. Gracias Mario. Un gran anfitrión que nos recomendó sitios para ir, y un problema con el agua de la piscina, lo soluciono rápido. Lo dicho, todo genial!!

Das Haus von Carlos war für uns mit unseren zwei Kindern einfach super. Der Strandzugang macht es besonders attraktiv und der Garten mit (Spiel-)wiese war perfekt für unsere Belange. Man hat alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt und wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!!!

Laura had de verwarming al aangezet in het huis, wat erg fijn was. Het huis heeft een prachtig terras met uitzicht op het strand en de zee en ontzettende mooie zonsopkomsten. Hier waren we dan ook veel te vinden. Wij verbleven er rond kerst en oud en nieuw en het was op dat moment ook heerlijk rustig. Het restaurant wat er onder zit is dan ook gesloten. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen op de boulevard en de speeltoestellen in de omgeving. Laura reageert ook heel snel op vragen en wij hadden een probleempje met het warme water in de keuken en met 10 minuten stond de loodgieter al voor de deur en die had het zo verholpen. echt heel fijne communicatie en snel handelen van Laura. ze had ook aan onze kinderen gedacht en allemaal spellen voor binnen en buiten neer gezet. De bedden sliepen lekker en de dekbedden waren aangenaam warm. O en als je naar Valencia gaat om de levendigheid voor een dag op te zoeken dan is de trein een aanrader. we hebben een heerlijke ontspannen tijd gehad.

fijne plek, mooi huisje met zonnig terras, fijne keuken, ruime slaapkamer boven met ook een terras met uitzicht op zee. Goede basisuitrusting van de keuken met als extra pluspunt de aanwezigheid van kruiden, zout en olie. Er wordt veel gefietst en gewandeld. Vanuit huis kun je over het fietspad/ wandelpad naar het centrum, goed bereikbaar.

Hemos estado encantadas, tanto Toni como Bea muy muy acogedores y facilitando todo. No dudamos en que volveremos a repetir. El barrio de urbanización muy buen ubicado y con servicios. La casa es una caseta antigua pero con todos los servicios y magnifica terraza, con piscina y para asar. Un acierto para ir con grupo de amigos. Importante, no hay calefacción pero los propietarios ponen radiadores electricos.

Hôte accueillant et disponible. La description de la maison est fidèle à la réalité. Commerces et plage accessibles à pieds. Le jardin est agréable et la végétation variée.

Lugar bonito y tranquilo para descansar y pasar en familia, la playa está al lado con un buen paseo.
