It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It has a small yard on a quiet street with a huge deck and lots of parking. Kick back and relax in this casual, calm mountainside retreat. The Back Room is just that, an oversized, private studio unit with entrance around the back of the house. You'll be welcomed by a large, covered deck with forest/mountain views. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
