Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos und der Ausblick aus drei von vier Zimmern sowie der überdachte Balkon sind ein Traum! Die zwei hauseigenen Gemeinschaftspools, sowie der Spabereich mit Sauna, Dampfsauna, Swimmingpool und Fitnessraum konnten von uns im April 2025 genutzt werden und waren das Tüpfelchen auf dem I . Die Betreuung durch Álvaro war tadellos! Vielen Dank, wir werden den Urlaub nie vergessen!

Dejligt sted. Rent og pænt med alt hvad vi havde brug for. Gåafstand til strand, offentlig transport, restauranter, caféer og supermarkeder. Hurtig responderende og venlig vært. Og et dejligt område til en lang ferie / afslapning.

Great location, views, balcony was large and nice for evening sun! Parking also. Just be aware it is just one double bed and a sofa bed in studio. Well equipped apartment!

El apartamento está genial, limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es perfecta. Un lugar tranquilo y de fácil acceso. Cerca de supermercados y restaurantes y a pocos km de Marbella en coche o transporte publico. Ya he repetido en este mismo apartamento y es muy probable que lo vuelva a hacer.

Excellent apartment, great location ; walking distance to the beach , shops and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious with a wonderful balcony . We had very wet weather during the stay so the appartment space and location was crucial .

Prima verblijf gehad, fijne gastheer Matthias, reageert snel, duidelijke instructies betreft bediening wasdroger, airco, etc. heerlijk schoon appartement met alle gemakken voorzien, bed wel aan de kleine kant ons betreft (1.20 mtr breed) en douchecabine met deuren dicht ook niet al te groot, nogmaals de moeite waard om er heerlijk te vertoeven, nogmaals bedankt Matthias, groetjes Rachel & Martin

Wir hatten als Familie (4 Personen) eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Meer. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen in der zur Wohnung gehörigen Tiefgarage. So waren wir sehr flexibel und konnten in der Umgebung viele Unternehmungen machen. In der Wohnung sind viele Flyer und Prospekte vorhanden um die Gegend zu erkunden. Auch sonst ist die Wohnung mit allem Nötigen und noch mehr ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft waren sogar Wasserflaschen kalt gestellt und Kaffee Kapseln vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber dennoch zumindest für eine Woche für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder völlig okay. Rundum ein schönes Erlebnis, welches wir sicher wiederholen würden. Danke.

Had an amazing stay at Christina and Victors little apartment, so well placed to visit all Malaga has to offer ..loved the extra touches of beach towels and umbrellas for the beach .. which we made use of on our last day .. books and valuable bus information in the lobby and also suncream and aftersun just incase you forgot .. a fabulous little terrace to sit with the solar lights after long days of walking .. bed was extremely comfortable and having air conditioning was invaluable as we had some hot days .. a washer in the kitchen which Is fab if your travelling light..would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a central location in Malaga .. thank you Christina and Victor x

We had a great 9 day stay at Michael's place over Semana Santa 2025! The apartment is the perfect location in the center of the old city in a secure building with an efficient elevator. If you are booking in March or April check which week is Holy Week; the processions and atmosphere are spectacular. You will hear drums and bands and street noise into the early morning hours during this celebration, but we slept quite well with earplugs in the quite firm bed. The 5 sliding doors let in light in the day and have blinds for night. The large couch is comfortable to relax on. The kitchen is cozy but had everything we needed to cook meals. The bathroom contains a washing machine and the shower is large and plenty of hot water for 2 showers in a row. The step into the shower is quite high, so if you have mobility issues it could be difficult. We also appreciated the storage space in the bedroom. Thanks Michael! 5 stars! We will stay again on our next visit to lovely Malaga

Conny’s apartment is a real ‘home away from home’ - I would have loved to stay longer. It is beautiful, very spacious and tastefully furnished ,and lovely to be in. Super quiet yet located right in the middle of old town Marbella - which is also super lovely and quaint. We did not have a car and it was close to the promenade to walk for miles in either direction. Plenty of shops around and the area was abundant with restaurants- food is fantastic here. As for our dear host Conny , she was the most caring and endearing host I have ever met. She went way beyond the usual expectations and the three of us all felt very supported in our connection with her. What a beautiful warm hearted woman! Connie made our experience in Marbella a very endearing one. Also she has gone all out to pre- empt any need a traveller may have, she is so generous. We all felt really touched by her generous and thoughtful care - as these qualities are often what is missing when we travel. She covered it all.

La ubicación era maravillosa, muy cerca del centro y con un supermercado al lado donde poder ir a comprar lo necesario. El alojamiento, además, se ubica en una zona de parking gratuito en la que pudimos aparcar con facilidad a pesar de ser semana de feria y nos lo encontramos impecable. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento de lo que pudiéramos necesitar, respondiendo rápidamente a las cuestiones que le planteamos. En resumen, totalmente recomendable

A clean, large, well equipped apartment . The huge balcony and wonderful views were incredible.

The location is good. Private small garden is very nice. Were visited by some cats which kept us company. Parking was easy (in November). Evening sun. A big plus for us was how this place has everything. Even a nutcracker. Also there were shampoo, sunscreen etc. Lots of spices for cooking, which we did a lot. Dishwasher. Clothes washer. More: board games. A book. TV which was brand new. Three air conditioned/heaters which were all in perfect condition. I could go on. The sofa is a real sofa not just a convertible bed, so it’s reasonably comfy. The «fully stocked» complete home is what we like the best, having used professional hosts (companies) for our lady stays, and in those cases it’s always very empty. In Sandra’s place there were even three ice cream cones in the freezer. Overall it’s a very functional place. Although the interior is a bit bare (not very cozy). But this is personal preference One thing to be aware of is the cancellation policy which is not very flexible

Séjour parfait ! Le logement est idéalement situé. Très propre , bien aménagé avec tous le confort nécessaire … et la piscine est un vrai plus. L’hôte est très réactif , accueillant et disponible. Je recommande a 100 % et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Wat een fijn verblijf hadden wij! We verbleven er 4dagen alles was in orde. Ernlag aperitief klaar en fruit water. We mochten vroeger in het complex omdat dit al reeds vrij was dat voor ons heel handig was antwoord meteen bij sms’en. Hebben gastvrouw niet gezien maar voor ons geen probleem. Kleine tip het zou nog leuker zijn 1 koffiecup per persoon per dag. Nu hadden we er 2 voor 4 dagen en 2 personen maar dit is al muggenziftten ! Bedankt voor de leuke tijd !

Sungme was a very friendly and helpful host & always responded quickly. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning - we loved both the sea & mountain views as well as the other amenities like the fully equipped kitchen (incl. a washing machine), huge terraces, the 2 comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms. One highlight, of course, are the private sauna & whirlpool. Another nice feature is the grill on the rooftop terrace, even though we didn't use it. We felt at home immediately & especially liked the privacy of the apartment & the large outdoor area. However, it's important to know that there is a construction site opposite the building, due to which parts of the view might be blocked soon. The noise didn't bother us, though. The apartment complex (& district) is very new and also has a community pool, sauna, gym, and parking garage. The beautiful beach with shops & a train station are really close, but be aware of the steep walk back up the mountain. Overall, we'd love to return soon!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönen Bädern. Das beste ist natürlich die große Dachterrasse mit Jakuzzi und der fantastischen Aussicht.

Had a great stay at Fernandos. Check in was easy with the instructions left. A 1min walk to the beach from the ground floor, good supermarket close by if you want to cook and also an abundance of options to eat out at. Pool was to cold for the kids buts that's nothing to with Fernando plus it's early April. Sure it's a nice temperature during summer but they thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub.

Wonderful views and comfortable apartment with large terrace with glass panels you can open up on warmer days and close on windy and cooler days. The level of this apartment is on the same level where you park your car, so easy access. Be aware not all closet spaces in the master suite are available to you nor in the kitchen and living room (locked off by owner). There is a washer and dryer which is great since not all apartments to have dryers. We needed some espresso cup that fitted under the nespresso maker and were delivered in no time. Excellent response from the owner in case of questions. I do recommend this nicely decorated apartment.

Juan Jesus was an amazing host , helped arrange birthday balloons for my girlfriend and gave plenty help during the stay . Very quick to respond. The place was amazing too perfect for what we needed , would be back

Sonia’s apartment is perfect. We stayed a month and it felt like home. It’s wonderful hearing the waves right outside the unit. The apartment is in a busy area but it was private and quiet. If we’re ever back to Costa del Sol we will stay at one of her places for sure. Thank you Sonia for a great month.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. Very spacious for 6 adults. Clean , with everything you could need. Incl towels enough for pool side each and shower each. Plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers. Aldi and Carrefour, very close by.
