Rum nr 2, 28 kvm 1 trappor upp (utan hiss ) ett av våra finaste rum med med två enkelsängar sängar 90x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig som enkelsängar. Rummet har en liten balkong mot gatan, eget badrum med värmegolv, AC för värme och kyla. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag. OBS! då råder parkering förbud från onsdag kväll.

Dieses Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und grenzt an den Wohnbereich. Es ist ideal für Alleinreisende. Es ist das einzige Zimmer mit den Originaltüren aus Mobila-Kiefer. Die übrigen Türen wurden von Flüchtlingen während des Bürgerkriegs verbrannt. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank und einen handgefertigten Nachttisch aus Mandelholz vom Bauernhof der Familie. Im Badezimmer besteht die Waschbeckenbank aus Zypressenholz, das 2018 beim Sturm Gloria umgeweht wurde.
