Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Private dock, your own boat slip and trailer parking. Free canoes, bikes, gas grill and fire pit with wood - right on Chautauqua Lake! Private laundry. Walk, or ride our included well-tuned classic bikes, 1/4 mile to the Bemus village sign. Take a quiet paddle in the canoe. Read, sunbathe, fish, or cocktail on our private dock, with a slip provided for your boat up to 25 ft. Grill on a gas grill or lakeside Fire pit. Private parking for 2 cars and 2 trailers.

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).

Your spacious private suite will easily sleep 4 people (can accommodate 5). Bedroom, full bed sleeps 2, Sleeper-Sofa sleeps 2, and twin cot available. Serene setting 4 miles from Beaver Stadium & Bryce Jordan Center, 12 miles from world renowned Fisherman's Paradise @ Spring Creek. There is a 2 night minimum for PSU game weekends.
