Het terras met buitendouche is ideaal om te genieten van de zon en het uitzicht. De serre met houtkachel biedt een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. De accomodatie beschikt over een privé parkeergarage met directe toegang tot de lift. Woonkamer met keuken dat voorzien is van alle keukengerei, vaatwasser, koelkast, koffiemachine, broodrooster en airfryer. De zithoek is voorzien van een comfortabele bank, TV en open haard. Het dakterras heeft een serre met houtkachel, patio met eethoek, BBQ, buitendouche en groot zonneterras.
