Se tiene que seguir un reglamento dentro del departamento bastante estricto. Tienes que leerlo antes de contratar este departamento, ya que los cargos económicos por no seguir las reglas son altos. Si estás acostumbrado a seguir las reglas en tu casa este es el departamento ideal para ti. Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). The place was great for all of us who stayed there. We utilized both of the living room spaces and enjoyed the fantastic layout of the house both inside and out. The only downside was the pool table is bad at best. Compared to the house it's very cheaply made and playing actual pool is impossible. Overall we really enjoyed the house and had great communication from Ian!

Exactly like the pictures provided! Me and my family felt right at home everything was so nice and clean would definitely stay again !!

The place was great, I just wished they inspected the equipment before we arrived, we did not have a fire place working for the duration of the time there, and we had several days of snow so it would have been nice to have it working

The home was better than the description and exceeded our expectations. Great place for a family vacation. My family of 6 was very comfortable, had lots of room and enjoyed the great amenities. According to the kids, the only thing missing in the house was a second game controller for the video game system in the upper loft. Nevertheless, the kids found a way to make do with just one controller. Jenny & Yadira are very responsive, proactive hosts and a pleasure to work with. Email communication was always quick and clear. My family and I hope to return to this home again next year.

This was the perfect place for my family's ski vacation. It's very close to the resorts, a very short drive to the main street of Truckee, and very short walking distance to a little shopping plaza with all the basics- grocery, drugstore, ski shop, a few restaurants, etc. The condo complex is nice and peaceful, people are friendly, and the amenities are good too. The apartment itself was excellent. Clean, uncluttered, but had all the basic supplies and stuff that you need but wouldn't bring with you on vacation. Andrew was a friendly and communicative host. It was all in all a very good experience!

I stayed at this lovely home when I was in Truckee for a wedding and it was perfect for my stay. The home was clean and cozy with clear instructions for everything. It is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware, towels, extra blankets, and more. The layout and location were ideal and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a big driveway and a garage you can park in. Sean was easy to communicate with and responsive. I didn't need to reach out to him, but it was nice to know he would be available. I would easily stay here again the next time I am up in the Truckee area.

Incredibly clean, comfortable, and homey for our group. Easy, short drive into town. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful yet closely located accommodation in Incline Village.

Great, cozy place for our extended family + pup to stay to celebrate the new year! Great open living space and kitchen, tons of books and puzzles/games for the kiddos and perfect location. Would 10/10 recommend.

If you're looking for an amazing, spacious FAMILY house, Gavin's house would be the perfect place to stay. This house offers a variety of family board games, a ping pong table, a pool table, 2.5 bathrooms, and fantastic sleeping areas. And let's not forget the fold-out couch, which serves as a bonus bed. Gavin's house is equipped with towels and extra blankets as well. Plus, it has everything you need for cooking, including his incredible spice cabinet. Therefore, we would like to say mahalo all the way from the 808.

Anette's home was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for walks with the family and dogo. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay a truly memorable experience. The place is HUGE! Everyone can have their own private space. The kitchen is fantastic, with plenty of room, and the stovetop will make you want to cook!

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

This was a great place for a Tahoe vacation for my dad and I. The house is very nice, has comfortable furniture, and is situated in a very peaceful area yet extremely accessible to other areas of north Tahoe.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was exactly what we were hoping for. A quiet neighborhood, but very close to town. I felt very lucky to be able to look outside and see the beautiful snow covered mountains. We would absolutely stay again.

A perfect home for a getaway weekend. It was minutes to Heavenly slopes and all the local shops. The house had a comfortable cabin feel, was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a smooth trip.

The house was spacious with everything you need.

Renzo's place is peaceful and quiet. Everything was as described. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was well made. It took a while for the hot water to come out, but it was not a big deal. The kitchen was modernly remodeled and very bright with the skylight. We did not go out to the backyard, but it was very large and bluebirds greeted us. I was surprised to see many spices in the kitchen. All the rooms were clean and the front door was easy to access. Thanks to Renzo, a kind host and artist.

visted as a family of four for my wife's birthday we had a great time roaming the house and the use of the hot tub and the backyard was alot of fun it was a beautiful house to enjoy and the host was very responsive and helpful we will be back again in the summer ☀️

This home is beautiful, spacious, and clean. A very family friendly home, stocked with everything we needed. We traveled with 4 kids and 5 adults and this home had so much room for everyone to enjoy the weekend together. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The Tahoe House is beautifully appointed with modern, open and very clean rooms tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout the home. The owners have truly thought of the little things; like a welcome basket, s'mores kits and robes of all sizes to make the stay even more cozy. The highlight of the home was the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub and TV that allowed us to make very sweet family memories.
