Grange de 60m2 datant de la fin du 18e siècle, restaurée sur 3 niveaux dans la commune de Roure, commune du Parc National du Mercantour. Située à 1h15 de Nice seulement et idéalement placée entre la Tinée et le Cians. Vue imprenable plein sud sur la vallée avec grande terrasse en bois. Nombreuses activités: Ski, rando, escalade, Via Ferrata... Pensez à faire les courses, la 1ère épicerie est à 15 min à Saint Sauveur/Tinée.

Baita Barn in organic vineyard (chalet chiavenna)

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

Der Stall von 1686 wurde 2015 komplett renoviert und bietet auf ca. 90 m² moderne Annehmlichkeiten: elektrische Heizung, eine moderne Küche, zwei offene Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen gemütlichen Schwedenofen. 124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
