Precioso Granero en un valle & rio

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad con todos los supermercados y restaurantes!

Wir haben Casa Vallivell aus natürlichen Materialien gebaut, um einen Ort der Ruhe und Verbundenheit mit der Natur zu schaffen. Im sonnigen mittelalterlichen Dorf Cervoles (1.200 m) gelegen, ist es ideal zum Wandern, Mountainbiken, Yoga, Meditation, Baden in Bergseen und zur Vogelbeobachtung. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um abzuschalten und die Natur das ganze Jahr zu genießen.

Casa amb era, de més de 300 anys d´antiguitat, totalment reformada, mantenint l´essencia de l´estil rústic,però amb totes les comoditats. Està al casc antic del poble, en una zona molt tranquila. La casa disposa de tres habitacions (dues dobles i una triple) i dos banys. Te llar de foc , calefacció elèctrica I aire acondicionat .La cuina està totalment equipada . Ideal per gaudir d´uns dies de relax, i d´esports d´aventura( escalada, senderisme, BTT, barranquisme, parapent, esquí...)

In the Ripollès region, between rivers, valleys and mountains, the ancient Castle of Llaés (10th century) stands splendidly. A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.

Our holiday home is only 1 hour away from Barcelona, 30 minutes from Girona airport and 10 minutes from Vic. You will be able to rest inside our 1890 modernist castle in a cozy ground floor apartment surrounded by a lovely wood, with pool, horses, kitchen garden, hens, tennis table & bikes. We will be delighted to have you staying in your part of the big house and sharing our pool. If we're there, we will love showing you around and recommending places to visit.

Can Comella

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.

IMPORTANT: Veillez à me contacter avant d'effectuer ou de confirmer toute réservation. Concernant l'accès, la maison se trouve au bout d'une piste de 7 km. Les 5 premiers km sont carrossables, et les 2 derniers km sont non carrossables. Il vous faudra donc marcher les 2 derniers km, soit environ 40 mn. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture en toute sécurité dans une clairière.

Castellbò is placed within a valley, in the Pyrenees mountain range. Its a small, calmed village, close to ski resort Sant Joan de L’Erm, with two well-reviewed local restaurants. Most of their habitants are farmers. Castellbò is at 10 min drive from La Seu d’Urgell and 25 min drive from Andorra.
