The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Mosstowie, 10 minute drive from Elgin. Double bed, single bunk bed and a king size sofa bed. Underfloor heating during the day, a seating area and a dining area with table and 5 chairs with a smart TV. It has ample storage for luggage and clothes etc. Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink. kitchen: oven, fridge, 2 ringed cooker, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster Outside: seating area, decking and a bbq. We also have 3 highland pet cows over the fence and my 2 VBN sheep are nearby too.

Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, both of which can be used as double beds or split into 2 singles. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! We are in the heart of the Whisky Trail with many distilleries nearby, so a visit and a wee dram is a must!
