Everything was great, location is great, host is very responsive and friendly!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Serena. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for an extended stay. We especially loved the private pool and each bedroom having an en-suite. The mgmt company was extremely responsive and helped us during our stay with cart rentals, flat tire, and power outage. (we experience a power outage every trip to San Pedro). I was impressed how quickly they took care of things. We will definitely stay again with M&B Mgmt on our next trip!

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

We were very happy with the fast and reliable service from all involved. Especially when we forgot our passports and had to call at 1 in the morning to figure out how to get back to the house and get them. Instead of having to do that myself Franz was up and to the house to find them . He also delivered them to us right then. Being a distance from the airport I was so appreciative! It was not convenient for him to deliver them at that time of day let alone willing to do the task without any resistance and a smile. Absolutely Amazing! He also was there for us right away for any other requests before that. We enjoyed the place and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much! It was enlightening to see living off grid was not an inconvenience. I am looking into solar on a project myself so to actually use it real time for a couple weeks was a good experience. Thank you very much!

Quiet, clean, great space. Excellent communication for our entire trip. Levita greeted us after a very long day. Glad we were away from the dusty, noisy center of town. Definitely rent the bikes even though they are a bit rusty!

Casa Esmeralda provided an exceptional stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The property was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoroughly stocked with all essential amenities. Gil and Minerva clearly put a lot of care into this property, and it showed. Its prime location allowed for easy access to Caye Caulker's restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend Casa Esmeralda for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

Over-delivered in every way! Amanda was quick to respond to questions and requests. The place was perfect - clean, well equipped, fresh. My favourite part was the central location; 2 minutes from the ferry port and surrounded by great restaurants. Very attentive hosts too! Amanda arranged my transport from Belize International, and Jim was right there with his golf cart when my taxi to the island airport didn’t show up. Thank you Amanda and Jim!

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

Mi hija y yo quedamos encantadas y agradecidas con Luz, es una persona muy amable, te apoya bastante, siempre fue muy atenta, el lugar está cerca de restaurantes, centro, playas, fácilmente para caminar sobre sus calles y playa que están prácticamente a 10-15 min. también cerca de los water taxi que te llevan a Caye coulker que es hermoso, definitivamente y sin duda regresaría a hospedarme de nuevo con ella. gracias Luz por tus atenciones

The home was just as described and was perfect for our family of 4. Jesse responded very quickly when we had any questions or needs. Even when my husband accidentally locked us out one evening someone was there within 20 minutes to open the door. The house was clean, the a/c worked well and it is walkable to everything in town. The only thing less than ideal was the club/DJ situation next door at Sandy Toes Saturday and Sunday from 12-12:00. It was LOUD! Just bring ear plugs because the house is wonderful.

If we ever decide to come back to visit Belize, this will be our choice to stay. The comfy cabin Is at the very end of the island. It was peaceful and being able to sit out on the dock every morning watching the local fisherman go by and as well as sunsets it’s the perfect place to get away and relax. Very close to town by either bicycle or golf cart. We enjoyed our time very much.

super fijne tijd gehad door de goede locatie, het vriendelijke personeel. Het verblijf is ruim en de douche is heerlijk. Goede straal en warm water (niet altijd het geval bij andere verblijven). ze bood uit zich zelf aan dat we laat mochten uitchecken, omdat onze boot pas in de middag vertrok. Ze dachten dus erg mee. Dikke aanrader als je het mij vraagt!

My friend and I loved the Gumbo Limbo! Very charming, calm property. There’s direct access to the water/ a peaceful dock, but it’s still close enough to get to the busier part of town by walking or even quicker if you take the bikes they provide! The bikes actually turned out to be a huge plus because we took them across to the north island on the ferry and biked all around. The Gumbo Limbo is also super close to both the airport and the water taxi— when we left by plane, we just walked along the beach for about five minutes to get to the airport.

The apartment was perfect for me and hubby. It was large enough for us to have our space and the anemitites inside the apartment were great. My fav was the bed...OMG SO COMFORTABLE! The apartment was so clean and the washer and dryer was a plus. Coconuts Caribe was in a perfect location and within minutes getting downtown or anywhere around the island and there are plenty of eateries to chose from nearby( Elvi's; Carambas; Sandy Toes; Truck Stop to name a few). Our favorite food truck at the Truck Stop was Asian option. If you like gambling there are a few casinos Palm casino (across from Elvi's) but our fav was Caribi Bleu. We enjoyed our time so much we booked an extra day. Big Ups to Giovanni!!!!who was always helpful and provided great recommendations and directions where we needed to go.

We enjoyed our stay here! The A/C worked really well, the bed was comfortable, the area was quiet but still close to things on the island, and the private pool area was nice. It was also great to have 2 bikes to use. Would stay here again!!

Prior to arrival and during our stay, Ricky checked in with us, advising us of a power outage, recommended restaurants, outings and sites to see, and always checked that we were okay at his rental. There was a staff person at site every day. She was the most polite young lady. She checked always too, that we had everything we need. We did rent a golf cart, which was locked inside the grounds at night. We actually didn’t need it except for traveling to Secret Beach and Truck Stop, as everything was within 5-10 minute walk. There was a Convenient store right next door too. Overall, this rental is excellent. When vacation to this area, we will definitely reach out to Ricky. Sherry & Brad

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Despite the curb appeal…the space was gorgeous and clean and the private rooftop space is top notch! The safe for valuables was important for us, didn’t use any of the kitchen items besides glasses/ mugs…but appeared to have items for cooking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and live music on Sundays at Saltys directly in front. I would visit this beautiful place again! Schezhana is a very responsive host and helpful, front staff at the property are very kind and helpful as well

We loved our stay at Tres Coco’s resort! The condo was very spacious and comfortable (with AC units in all rooms) and we loved hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view and the breeze. The pool was beautiful and having the Dog House restaurant on site plus cafes and restaurants next door, allowed us to chill near the resort. Snorkeling was super easy from Elite Adventures next door. We walked to and from town, however, it is a half mile along a busy street. Front desk can help you with golf cart rentals if you prefer. We Loved the assistance with ferry pick up, drop off, stocked fridge and daily activities! Thanks for a great vacation!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Wow did we absolutely love our stay here while in Belize. From sunrise to sunset the views were incredible from our personal deck and even better from the shared roof top deck. Vanzie and Brad are incredible hosts and super responsive with great recommendations on food and help organizing taxis to and from the property. The room was well equipped for cooking and was stocked with essential items like some bug spray, soap, and filtered water. The complimentary bikes were an amazing feature; make sure you ride them down to Bliss Beach for a beautiful serene beach day! We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. We will for sure be back!

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!
