Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.
