Vous séjournerez à l’endroit où le gardien de phare suppléant demeurait pour donner un répit au gardien du phare principal, à l’époque où le poids servant à faire tourner le prisme du phare, devait être remonté aux trois heures. Le Phare de Cap-Chat est l’un des très rare qui fonctionne encore avec le prisme rotatif. Terrasse avec vue splendide. Accès au bloc sanitaire. Toilette sèche dans le Refuge.

Our Lighthouse Inn has 4 levels. The first level is kitchen /sitting area and bathroom with shower. The second has a comfortable cozy bedroom for two . And a washroom just outside the bedroom. The 3rd level can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view! Quiet area! Nice if your looking for a little get away with a very unique space!

The home's design was modelled after a lighthouse in Nova Scotia, with design elements incorporated to really showcase the surrounding ocean views. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and cared for by the Calvert Marine Museum (CMM), the Cove Point Lighthouse historic site has been lovingly restored and re-purposed so that it can be enjoyed by all. The active lighthouse and keeper's home sit on a seven-acre point of land in one of the narrowest points of the Chesapeake Bay.
