Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

Beach House/bikes/beach pass/no cleaning fee

Parties of 6 can enjoy 3 bedrooms with queen/full beds, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, umbrella, beach pass, etc...everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Guests have private access to a gourmet kitchen, living room, outside patio, tv in each room with ROKU’s . Property manager on site in a studio lock off.
