Our guest space is a 2 BR in-law unit on the downstairs level of our beautiful Alaskan log home. About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Family friendly, we welcome children.

Cupples Cottage #3: Downtown, On-Site Car Rental!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 2 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation & Vehicle Rentals, operating since 2017.

Government Hill is a quiet neighborhood along side Knik Arm on a 115’ bluff. It's only 5 minutes away from downtown Anchorage allowing you to enjoy the city without having to hear the noise of it at night. We are also 2 blocks from the entrance to Elmendorf Air Force Base. Mountain views all around and if you're lucky you can see the northern lights. Short walk to Ship Creek for Salmon fishing. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our cozy little studio is located in the heart of Spenard (Anchorage, AK) an awesome walk/bike friendly neighborhood. Just a 20 min walk to downtown and a short walk to Bear Tooth Theatrepub, Spenard Roadhouse, Middle Way Café, Hearth Artisan Pizza, Kaladi Brothers Coffee, Grocery Stores, and Walgreen's. Washer/dryer free onsite. We provide handmade soap finely crafted right down the street by Denali Dreams Soap Company. Everything you need to have an enjoyable stay is provided for you.

Hillside Holiday Base Camp

Welcome to your home away from home in Anchorage, Alaska! The house is in a quiet neighborhood on the base of the Chugach Mountains. This private location is nicely wooded, features mountain views, and is conveniently located adjacent to Anchorage's world class hiking, biking, and skiing trails. The Alaska Zoo and Anchorage Golf Course are also very close. Grocery stores and excellent restaurants are just a few minutes away.

River fronted cabin with a deck. Fishing available from mid summer until Fall. Unique views and private setting with Trail access. Recommended for children 5 and over. Some stair climbing. Pets always welcomed. Heated showers, flushing toilets, and access to Lodge house with large fully equipped kitchen, 40 ft lodge river deck and fire pit areas.

Enjoy modern comforts and an unobstructed view near the base of Alyeska Ski Resort in Girdwood. Comfortably sleeps a couple or up to a family of three with kitchenette and wood stove.
