Nestled between 2 quiet warehouses and an industrial yard, is Anchorage’s hidden gem, Ben N Jane’s Farm. You’ll hear children playing, sheep baaa-ing, goats bleating, chickens clucking, and turkeys gobbling, but mostly during feeding time. If you ever wanted to milk a goat or bottle feed some lambs and goat kids, we got you! Need some down time? We’ve got a hot tub! For bedtime, relax in a king bed, a queen reclining/adjustable bed, or make yourself at home in our full sized pullout couch.

Forest Yurt

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

ALOHA Eagle River with Hot Tub

Come enjoy the South Pacific without having to leave the beautiful Eagle River valley. Your space is an entire 1bd/1ba downstairs suite with private entry and hot tub. Gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, island, and upgraded appliances. ALOHA Eagle River is a perfect getaway - and you might think you're in Hawaii! Let this be home base for your Alaska adventure! Note: Our family lives upstairs and we will do our best to make your stay enjoyable, but we cannot guarantee absolute quiet.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

We’re on hand to support our guests as little or as much as they wish.

Cozy South Anchorage unit is a 2br/1ba. 9 minutes from Dimond Mall, 12 minutes from airport, 12 minutes from Providence Medical Center, and 40 minutes from Alyeska Ski Resort/Spa •Your unit is shared walls/ceiling with other tenants so may hear other tenants in the building •Security cameras are in use on the front driveway and main entrance in order to protect with any safety issues (**Not inside the unit**) Please remember NO SMOKING of any kind inside of unit.

Charming southside mother in law studio. South facing windows shaded with trees offers just enough privacy yet lets dappled light come through. Private entrance includes an outside seating area for morning coffee. Inside provides many amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please, no scented candles or incense as the upstairs tenant is extremely allergic.
