Due to the Covin-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect the house between reservations. We have a private entrance to the house. In order to follow the social distance rules and avoid person to person contact we offer self check-in system. Sit down to a complimentary breakfast on the first morning staying in this fully refurbished property. Later, read a book in the hammock on 1 of the tranquil terraces. It also benefits from plenty of natural sunlight and fine exposed stonework. Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors. On the first floor we have: -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1.50m x 1.90m) -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family/friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home. -Bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor we have: -Two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs. Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m). -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower. -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products. From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city. Please note the outdoor cushions are only for non winter use due to the slight possibility of rain and the humidity caused by temperature change from day to night. We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville. Guests will have access and exclusive use of the whole house and terraces. Free wifi. In the price is included everything you need to make a lovely breakfast, coffee, milk, bread, jam, butter and some fresh fruit. Even though I am originally from Seville and I am passionate about my city, I moved to Madrid in 2005 from where I am managing bookings. When you book our apartment we will keep in touch by phone, email, text messages or whatsapp While we try to be flexible for your check-in and check-out time, check-in does need some advance co-ordination as we need for someone to be there to welcome you when you get to the apartment. I do go very often to Seville, so I may be the one to welcome you to the house, if not we have a great team of assistants to meet you at the house door. We are always happy to help our guests with any enquiries about Seville and will make our best to make a very pleasant and welcome stay. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

A restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Unsere Gäste fühlen sich bei uns wie zuhause. In der Wohnung finden Sie bei der Ankunft alles was Sie zum Frühstucken brauchen schon bereit. Eine ausführliche „Was zu tun “ Beschreibung so wie interessante Lokale Informationen und natürlich Wifi. Die Wohnung ist nur 5-10 Minuten von der berühmten Kathedrale und Rathaus entfernt. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Obwohl Seville’s Stadtzentrum sehr lebendig ist, ist der Wohnung schön ruhig.

Despertarte por la mañana y ver desde la cama el mar y escuchar las olas romper en la orilla. Su maravillosa ventana es el corazón de este estudio. Te invita a asomarte y perderte en ese mar, en ese horizonte que se abre ante tu vista. Atardeceres impresionantes que puedes disfrutar cenando cómodamente.

Very bright, quiet house in one of the best residential areas of Ronda, the house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen with access to a private patio, living room with access to a large covered terrace. Garden at the entrance. It is a first floor without elevator. Our house is walking 2 minutes from the Train Station, 5 minutes from the Bus Station and about 7 minutes from the Tagus Bridge. Parking on the same street.

En los cuartos de baño se dispone de toallitas desmaquillantes. No utilizar las toallas para ese fin. Sólo se entrega una copia de llaves.
