Bring your fishing rods, boat, jet skis, floats & water toys to enjoy off the dock in our quiet cove! In the morning, enjoy your coffee relaxing on the patio while you listen to the sounds of the lake coming to life. We like to say that hospitality has been the “Golden thread” running throughout our lives and marriage. It was in this light that we designed and built our large “modern” farmhouse to include a twist of modern with a nod to the past by using lots of reclaimed and repurposed materials. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Private Second Floor with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

My place is close to the stadium and C. U., in an upscale neighborhood. I am renting the entire second floor, which consists of three bedrooms. (I also have an apartment for rent in the same house).The purple bedroom has its own private bathroom. The blue and ten bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a separate toilet room. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the tan room has an extra sleeping twin size mattress to accommodate a seventh person.

Our home would be the perfect stay to watch the Tigers Play! We are just 5 miles from Death Valley! You can take a stroll to Pendleton square; it is 1 mile away! There you will find some delicious restaurants, cute shops and a fun atmosphere. Our home is great for elementary kids! We have a pool that is fenced in, a separate yard with a swing set, obstacle course, and toys for their entertainment! We look forward to hosting you at our home!

South Oaks Guesthouse

A completely private suite in our guesthouse. Enjoy a king bed, private bath, seating area and small kitchen area in the quiet, lush countryside. Famous homemade coffeecake will be in room. There is no TV in the room. No Smoking or Vaping. The Hot Tub is not available for guests at this time. Pool is available at an additional charge of 35$. The dogs name is Jake. He might greet you when you arrive.
