My husband and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this vacation rental in the Bahamas! The hosts went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they were extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Even checked-in on us to see if we needed fresh towels for the bathroom and kitchenette area. When the included rental car needed replacing, they handled it seamlessly, and their recommendations for local amenities and experiences were spot-on—truly the best the island has to offer! The property itself was well-equipped, clean, and perfectly located for exploring. We’re so grateful for the thoughtful touches (we won't spoil it for you, that way it's a nice surprise) and exceptional hospitality. Beautiful high-end condo. Nice heated pool and small private beach. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and included all items we needed. Our host got us a taxi from the airport after I put in a very late request and it was truly appreciated. There is a bus stop just outside the condo that will take you downtown as needed for $1.50. We'd return.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Florian and Alicia were super helpful and generous with their time. Anytime we had a question or an odd request, a screwdriver for my husband’s kite surfing gear, they were right on top of it! The kitchen had everything we needed and the easy walk to the grocery store made cooking at the villa super easy. Transportation was easy to find right outside the villa to get us where we needed to go each day or we contacted Kevin on the days we needed to go a little further. The little beach right outside the villa was perfect and the view was amazing! We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting Nassau in the future!

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 4 (ages 64, 59, 37, and 34) had an amazing time at Orchid House! The house itself is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms were huge and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge help in the mornings. The living area is comfortable and having satellite TV was an extra perk. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is located within the Bayview Suites complex on Paradise Island. The complex itself has a few swimming pools but we didn't utilize them as it was a short walk to Cabbage Beach, which was beautiful. There was also a small shop on site where you could buy water, beer, and chips. Overall, 10/10 stay. We would 100% rent this place again if we were ever visiting Paradise Island. Tip for others: if you plan on using the kitchen to make meals, we would recommend taking a cab to one of the grocery stores in Nassau. The two grocery stores on Paradise Island have VERY few options and what is there is very expensive!

Wow. Just WOW! There’s a reason this place has five stars, it’s perfect! If you’re looking for a remote getaway with a ton of space, beautiful private beach and amazing host staff - this is the place for you! (It’s on the north side of the island, not where it’s pinned on the map). While the house and beach were absolutely stunning, Rob and Evie were really what set this place apart from any rental I’ve ever stayed in. Rob was seriously fantastic! He picked us up from the airport, showed us around town to all of the local shops and restaurants, helped us get fresh fish for dinner, he even built me a fire on the beach! He’s FANTASTIC! Evie toured the house with us, VERY clean, and even helped us pick fresh coconuts - what an experience!! Thank you so much to you both, you’re truly special and we’ll definitely be back!!

Megan’s place was in a good location close to a venue we were visiting. Nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is having more than one mirror in the unit, specifically a full length one.

This was an amazing Airbnb find. It will be the only place we will stay when visiting Nassau again. The location on Paradise Island was ideal. Close to restaurants and beach access. It was very clean and spacious. We spent a ton of time around the pool, that was kept up well. Communication with the host was also easy and her information was helpful.

Arrived and were taken to our unit and given all instructions. 2 pools (note: not heated) and we couldn't believe how close we were to the beach - easy to run back and forth all day. Easy walk to the marina with liquor store, groceries, Dunkin, other restaurants as well as Atlantis. We did the day pass there, which was enough - I was happy we chose the AirBnB vs. the hotel - more our speed (kids are 12 and 9). Spent every night playing Yahtzee on the awesome patio, listening to the waves crash. Unit size was plenty and had all necessary kitchen + bath items. The onsite restaurant was great; recommend ordering to-go to save time. Neighbors were friendly and we loved the cats!! Our family can't wait to go back!

Our family stayed for a week’s holidays and we felt right at home. Tineka and her daughter were very friendly as were the other residents in the building. We’d have no hesitation to stay there again!

This host was AMAZING! When we landed the rental car place had gone home for the day despite having a reservation and this host helped us out by setting us up with a rental car at a great price! They answered all our questions and were very kind while we stayed here :) the place was absolutely stunning and accommodating. It was great distance away from touristy things and still had its own private beach area down the road.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space was cozy with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom had all the essentials I needed for a relaxing stay. Location-wise, it was perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that I could easily walk to several places. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo in a secure, private location. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The private garden was a lovely addition. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Me and my friends enjoyed the weekend in The Bahamas at Sheena’s place. Close the airport, very convenient as one of my friends had an early flight to the family island. Great restaurants on Bay Street West, just a short drive away. Dino’s Gourmet Conch salad one of the best on Island. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Value for money considering the surrounding prices. Privacy. Spacious. Luminous even though basement. Great Hosts. (I would have prefer squeeky clean looking white sheets and towels because the black colour of towels is giving a different impression although also clean but overall very good.)

The view was amazing! Chandra was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again.

This was the perfect and convenient set up for our 3 couples spending the night before getting on our Moorings boat. The flat is well appointed with a master with a king and en-suite and 2 smaller queen bedrooms with separate adjacent facilities. The flat is literally 100 steps away from the Moorings base and only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and bar & restaurant (Pink Octopus). The gated community felt very safe and well managed. The host is super responsive and very helpful. Thanks for having us!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Nassau! Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach nur super. Es war alles sauber und es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Außerdem ein Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief problemlos und wir erhielten immer eine schnelle Antwort. In der Umgebung gibt es Strände und Restaurants. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwas entfernt. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Negativ ist, dass die Matratzen sehr hart sind und dass es auf dem Balkon nur einen Stuhl gab. Terrassenmöbel wären noch schön gewesen. Das WLAN war so lala.
