The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. On the corner is one of the Midwests largest entertainment venues, the Mermaid Entertainment & Events Center. Say hello to Executive Chef Jordan Reed. The kitchen is prepared for cooking. Located just off Hwy 169 along the Mississippi River front, The Bowline gives you an opportunity to join us for fun on the river, and enjoy close by eateries, breweries and so much more! The Mississippi river offers pontoon boat rentals ($) to use at your leisure thru "your boat club" The Bowline Apartments also offers use of community amenities such as bicycles and paddleboards to give you a fun and memorable experience during your stay!

My townhouse is perfectly located for exploring the Twin Cities and beyond, with St. Paul just 15 minutes away, Minneapolis and the MSP airport 20 minutes away, and Stillwater and Hudson just a short 25-minute drive.

However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.
