This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

We enjoyed some quiet downtime at Fatih's stone house half-way through our road trip around Turkey. Fatih's parents were very welcoming, preparing dinner and breakfast for us and the rural setting was idyllic. We enjoyed being surrounded by lambs, chickens, cats and dogs and waking to the sound of birdsong and yet we were only 30 minutes from the coast and the dubious delights of Land of Legends. The house is excellent value for money and is perfect for getting away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.

Topplek om hier wakker te worden, het geeft veel rust en om ieder moment het zwembad in te kunnen geeft je een grote voldoening. Veel ruimte, veel slaapkamers, een ideale plek om met een groot gezin of meerdere gezinnen te komen. Zeker de moeite waard voor een volgende keer!!

I recently took a holiday trip and had a wonderful experience during my stay. The host was exceptionally accommodating and always willing to assist. I highly recommend this destination.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

Underbar vistelse! Jag och min fru hade en fantastisk vistelse! Utsikten från huset mot berget var hisnande, och poolen och villan var verkligen underbara. Det var extra trevligt att njuta av solen hela dagen utan någon skugga och att få se den vackra solnedgången. Vi vill även tacka våra värdar som var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De gjorde verkligen allt för att tillgodose våra önskemål. Vi ser fram emot att besöka detta boende igen i framtiden. Tack för en minnesvärd vistelse!

Çok memnun kaldık! İkinci defa geliyorum ailemle beraber. Serhat Bey çok iyi bir host. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Çok kolay ulaşılır ve iletişimi harikadır. Yolum düşerse, tekrar onun evinde kalmak isterim.

The most amazing thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony. You can sit and gaze out at the mountains for hours. And the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a touch of luxury about it. Very big comfortable beds and good linen. The sitting area is a tiny bit less comfortable but I think it’s mostly designed for outdoor life! Kitchen is fine. The location is interesting once you take a bit of time getting to know it. We went on a nice walk from nearby the apartment but there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity which seems to consist of quite a few holiday homes. Mostly pretty quiet and you feel secluded and private. You can drive back towards Kas for beaches and ancient sites. Or very easy drive to Antalya for the old city and the beach. And there are amazing restaurants with stunning views all over the area. We had a lovely holiday.

Balayı için gelen çiftlerin dikkatine! Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Hem çok temizdi hem de sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Sabah bize kahvaltımız için, kümesten yumurta ve bahçedeki zeytin ve domateslerden getirdi. Geceyi de çok sevdik. Özellikle gökyüzünde sanki yıldızlara dokunacakmışsınız gibi bir manzarayla karşılaştık. Bir daha yolumuz düşerse mutlaka tekrar uğrayacağız.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht in der Villa angekommen. Der Check in hat mittels einer Schlüsselbox am Haus super geklappt. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und alle Gegenstände waren vom Zustand bestens in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Das Beste ist aber die tolle Aussicht von der Poolterrasse und den Balkonen auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wir haben es besonders am Abend genossen. Dabei haben wir uns auch nicht an den gelegentlichen Rufen des Muezzin aus der nahe gelegenen Moschee gestört. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

J’ai passer un super séjour dans la villa qui était vraiment splendide comme sur les photos. Un grand merci à l’hôte de maison qui était d’une gentillesse incroyable et très à l’écoute de nos attentes. Communication parfaite il se rend disponible à n’importe quel moment pour nous satisfaire. Merci beaucoup pour tout j’espère revenir un jour je recommande à 100%

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

Taraflar dışında gerçekleşen aksiliklere rağmen ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve bize çok destek oldular. Anna ile tanışmak çok güzeldi. Erdem bey de iletişim dahilinde çok yardımcı oldu. Çok tatlı insanlar. Konaklama yeri güzel, sakin ve huzurluydu

Der Gastgeber Erhan war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt, und zur Überraschung war der Kühlschrank bereits mit frischem Obst und Getränken gefüllt – ein toller Service! Die Unterkunft selbst war äußerst sauber und wunderschön ausgestattet. Sie liegt perfekt für Familien, die eine private und ruhige Umgebung suchen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool, der jeden Morgen gereinigt wurde. Zudem sind zahlreiche Attraktionen, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem erreichbar. Sport- und Freizeitaktivitäten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Diese Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen – absolut empfehlenswert!""Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp und ideal für alle, die was unvergesslichen und erholsames suchen. I loved my stay here - exceeded my expectations. Wonderful apartment with two balconies facing in opposite directions. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Pretty and well maintained grounds and swimming pool. Reception staff were welcoming and responsive. Very comfortable bed. Had a relaxing stay. Easy walk to town. Safe parking.

Ruhiger, gemütlicher Ort. Wir hatten ein Auto und alles war gut erreichbar. Ich bin oft vor Sonnenaufgang zum Strand gelaufen, um ihn am Meer zu treffen, maximal 25 Minuten durch wunderschöne Umgebung. Convenience-Stores und einige Restaurants sind in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Zafer welcomed us with a delicious Turkish delight, the apt was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water.The bed and pillows were fabulous.The private patio off the bedroom was an extra bonus.We would highly recommended staying there!

Lüks bir deneyimdi. Öncelikle, ev sahibimiz bizi sicak bir sekilde karsiladi her konuda yardımcı oldu.❤️❤️❤️ Kendimizi evimizde hissettigimiz kadar rahat hissettik. Harika panoramik manzara, Havuzdan deniz manzarasi ve yemyeşil doğa manzarası güzeldi . Herşey Ayni resimdeki gibi güzel ve cok temiz. çarşaf nevresimler tertemiz beyazdi. Tüm elektronik ekipmanlar sorunsuz çalisti. Temiz, modern ve ihtiyaciniz olan her seye sahipti .Kiralik bir aracimiz oldugu için konum Uygun, sehir merkezine gitmek 10 dakikadan az surüyor. Bir bonus, köşedeki süpermarket ve pizza/pide restorani 2 dakika yurüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrica arabayla 10dakika uzaklikta güzel bir plajlar da bulunmaktadir. Bu plajlar konaklamamizi harika hâle getirdi. Ödenen tutarin tüm degerine sahip bir villa.

Düşündüğümden çok daha fazla keyif aldık. Civarda harika koylar ve deniz turları var. Havası gayet temiz ve çamların ortasında bir yer. Ev temizdi ve umduğumdan daha çok mutfak eşyası vardı. Dışarıdaki barbeküyü mutlaka deneyin çok keyifli bir akşam yemeği yersiniz.🥰

الفلة عبارة عن ٤ غرف و٥ دورات مياه جدا نظيفة وموفر فيها كل ماتحتاجه تبعد عن سنتر انطاليا تقريبا ٣٠ كيلو . وقريبة من أرض الاساطير أنصح في الفلة اللي حاب الهدوء والبعد عن الازعاج وصاحب الفلة رجل اخلاقه عالية ومتعاون
