We had a great stay. Host was friendly and very helpful. Appartement was bigger then we expected and at good location. Hope to come back soon.

3泊お世話になりました。ありがとうございました♪ 伊比井の綺麗なビーチから歩いて本当にすぐ近くなのに、一本路地裏のロケーションなので、静かな庭付きのプライベート感のある空間で滞在できて心身共にリフレッシュできました。 芝生のある広いお庭で焚き火もできて癒されました。夜はBBQをしていたのですが、ちょっと雨が降って来たのですがテラスにちゃんと屋根があったのでそのままBBQを続ける事ができてよく考えて配置してあるなぁと感心しました。 室内も心のこもったリノベーションしたての感じだし、サインボードのオーナーさんからのメッセージもほっこりしました。 お庭の大きい木は山桜だそうです🌸 いつか桜の季節にまた泊まってみたいと思いました。 自分はロードバイクを漕ぐのですが、日南エリアの海沿いの道路を走るのは本当に絶景の連続で気持ちよかったです。 宮崎自体も最高でしたが、お宿もオーナーさんも良かったので、よりいい旅になりました。感謝申し上げます。 またいつか必ず泊まりにきますね〜 お世話になりました！

It was the perfect place to easily get everywhere in the area. The home was just as described and well stocked, with everything we needed for a peaceful and quiet retreat. If you are a loud group, then this may not be the place for you, as there is a decibel meter tracking your volume. Simple to find with the instructions provided. Thank you for being a great host!!

施設はアニマルフレンドリーで、犬2匹を連れて泊まれたことが何より嬉しかったです。また、素敵な外装・内装でした。お部屋の数も多く、4世帯6名で泊まりに行きましたが、全てエアコン付きでベッドも綺麗でした。BBQの設備もあって、炭のサービスや火おこしのお手伝いをしてくださってありがたかったです。また、オーナーは人当たりがよく大変親切で、チェックイン時間も柔軟に対応してもらって助かりました。忘れられない夏の思い出になりましたのでまた利用させていただきたいです！

We had a great stay at Darren & Eiko’s place. Walkable to Aoshima Shrine and the beach is just across the street. Lots of restaurants during the day but had difficulty finding places open for dinner. The condo is very clean with plenty of space. We were a couple but a family with 1 or 2 children could easily also be comfortable.

The house is secluded end a big space, perfect for big groups of people. It’s very traditional and had many areas to hangout. The kitchen is big and stocked. Great house!

We traveled with an 11-month-old baby. Our family had a truly peaceful and happy time in Aoshima. We went for a walk along the beach and the beautiful island shrine a lot. We loved a picnic on the beach and the botanical garden. There was a flea market festival in the botanical garden, the music was lovely and the food was delicious, it felt like a wonderful gift to us. Also, I'd like to recommend the cafe "LDK", which has a great view and the delicious cafe latte. We said that we should definitely come back to Aoshima when our baby can walk. I especially liked the view of the little shrine and trees outside Kris's house window. Thank you Kris!

ホストの方の対応がとても優しく、親切で、こちらの希望にも丁寧に対応して頂きました。 家もとても綺麗でした、外はとても静かで緑もあり穏やかな景色も楽しめます。 今回は友人達と、バーベキューをさせて頂きましたが、人目を気にせずとても優雅な時間を過ごすことができました。 是非また機会があれば宿泊させて頂きたいと思います。

Located south of Miyazaki City, the place is a free-standing house with mountains on one side and nearby rice paddies on the other. Though it's a bit far from the stations or busses, it's about 20-25m walk from the Nichinan line. There is a large supermarket (Aeon) within 15m walk, however. There is plenty of hiking either in mountains or to the extensive coastline near the Undokoen sports complex area or to Aoshima with its unique geological formations. The house has a large kitchen with a 3-burner stovetop and grill, a large sized refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs, a 'L' shaped couch and TV, along with a good sized bathroom. As a bonus, there is even a dryer, which is incredibly rare in Japan, especially at this price. Seasonings and oil are also available for cooking. You can sleep on the floor in either a Japanese style room (tatami) or Western style (hardwood). There is also a large deck outside. Tatsuya is laid-back and personable. Would highly recommend.
