A perfect getaway for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails in the woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

The Stargazer tent is a unique, luxurious camping experience with exquisite views & privacy. Enjoy the sounds of nature while gazing at the stars. The campsite is on 40 acres of fields & woodland & is home to an active organic farm. The tent site abuts the Coxingkill creek. We provide cookware, stove, grill, bedding, towels & water for cooking & drinking. There’s a picnic table, benches, chairs & an outhouse. We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Woodland Streamside Glamping

Enjoy relaxing days and nights in this private glamping outfitters tent nestled in the woods alongside a babbling brook. This glamp site includes a queen size bed, lounging furniture, bar table and stools, food prep table with Keurig, wood stove and propane heat, campfire ring, solar battery electricity, a seperate bathroom tent and hot shower. Parking is 100 steps from the site. Everything you need to recharge and enjoy a cozy outdoor getaway.

It includes a linen queen bed, kettle, solar lights outside, battery lighting inside. Guests have access to the full property for hiking, snowshoeing and sledding. No guns or pets. One other rental located onsite.
