Perfect place to stay. Great for kiddos with a park across the street. Beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants are all close by. We loved our stay here!!

I stayed a few days in Nalin's charming home while visiting relatives in San Jose. The home had everything I needed, and was comfortable & cheerful. I especially liked the coffee table in the front room that converts to a desk. I had a big data collection project to work on while I was there, and the space was great for spreading out and getting the work done. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was especially delighted by the little lights accenting the front yard at night. The house is a short drive from shopping & restaurants. Beds were really comfy. Lots of thoughtful details. I would definitely stay again.

It was a clean, beautiful, open space home. I had a great experience with the owner. I really enjoyed staying there. It was restful and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Rezan is one of the best hosts

We had a great stay. Ian’s place is cute, comfortable, and close to everything but still nice and quiet. Beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. My dogs had a great time walking through the neighborhood to the beach and hanging out in the fenced in backyard! The hot tub was a highlight, and Ryan (Ian’s brother) was awesome—he spent nearly a whole day cleaning it after the previous guests to make sure it was perfect for us. Communication with him was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Travelled with my family of four and mother-in-law who was visiting from out of state. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was well designed, in a great, safe neighborhood with easy access to many San Jose areas, and very clean. The check-in and check-out times are pretty early/late compared to standard times but the hosts are very flexible and responsive when asking for adjustments. Great communication throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Sarah’s house was beautiful- clean and lots of room. There was enough space for us to be together and space for alone time. There were 8 of us. Sarah had made some recommendations for dinners and places to go. We did try a couple of them and the Mexican restaurant and ice cream place was delicious . We had one issue with hot water and Sarah responded immediately and issue was resolved in a timely manner. The house was a little farther from Santa Cruz than we were used to but it only took 20 minutes get there. The area where the house was located was quiet and close to the ocean. We genuinely loved our time in Aptos. Would stay again .

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

Shoko was an excellent host. She was responsive, kind, and understanding. We had a massive travel delay and were very late to check in but Shoko assured us that this was not an issue and focused on us travelling safely. The home was exactly as the pictures posted and everything matched the description perfectly. It was immaculately clean and tidy, the pool was beautiful, and the area was peaceful. I would definitely come back to stay here - thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great, very spacious house, but the pool was the star of the vacation. Really wonderful escape in the middle of an otherwise urban area. Thanks for the great stay!

Very nice location, was a wedding party visiting from Canada and the east coast. The place was within one mile of The Hayes Mansion - which is where the wedding was. Super convenient, quiet and the house itself was clean and well kept. Thanks for keeping it that way, and our party thoroughly felt comfortable and well suited. Highly recommend it for similar sized parties with kids and adults all mixed in. May be a few more entertainment options like a pool table in the garage or board games could be good additions. Magical! That is the word that just kept coming up for us! What a lovely place! Chrissi and Stephen were just as sweet as the place! Great and easy location to get to all things Santa Cruz (of course the Redwoods too!). We just loved the cozy and unique vibe, the gardens, you just step into a little retreat as soon as you arrive. It had all we needed. Parking is street parking, which we had a slight concern with (I am an over packer!), but we were able to find a space right near out front every time (literally!). We will be back, I have no doubt!

Susan was awesome with responding to any question we had! The place was perfect for our family to gather and stay together for my son’s wedding, which was just a few miles away. We highly recommend the home for a group!!! Thank you, Susan!!!!

Great Location, Classic Place

This is a very comfortable and stylish house, with 2 bedrooms and 2 outdoor sitting areas. It is a short stroll to the beach where there are several restaurants and a coffee shop. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and would love another chance to stay there.

My stay for two nights was very comfortable and lots of amenities were provided in the Airbnb. Lots of kitchen amenities and shower products were available (shampoo + conditioner). Very comfortable bed and nice lineans. Spacious backyard which I brought my small dog with me. She also enjoyed her stay. Very clear instructions to follow to get inside. Plenty of parking on the side of the house. Highly recommended Li's Airbnb!

Vic's place was a cozy stay when my partner and I needed a place to be for a few days. He was very responsive to any concerns I expressed and made sure to offer solutions to resolve them. That, to me, makes a big difference in the satisfaction of a stay. I can tell he really cares about creating a space that customers feel good during and when they leave.

Such a great home! Loved sitting on the front porch waiting for the rest of our party to arrive, garden and swing song chairs was perfect way to start our trip The house is super cute inside with beautiful skylights and a very private backyard. There was a welcome tennis ball for our dog as well as a water bowl, just so much detail in making us feel right at home. I would stay here again
