one of the best properties I have stayed so far. Felt like home. Be it the neighborhood, the caretaker, the host, the place, everything was in its place. so much positivity in that place. very grounded for someone to stay there. please do stay there for once even if there's no reason to stay.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Our stay at Tree House Villa was absolutely delightful. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—cozy, charming, and nestled beautifully. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our trip was the food. Every meal was freshly prepared, delicious, and full of local flavors. The cook (Tai) did an amazing job Our caretaker ( Nitin) was also exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Their hospitality really enhanced the whole experience and made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend Tree House Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway with great service and food to match. Can’t wait to come back!

Great stay

Praful was a great host and was always responsive to our requests. the bungalow is a beautiful place, around 10 min drive from good hotels and restaurants. I will however, suggest renting a vehicle/s to make getting to these places and to the beach easier. We were there with 6 kids, out of which 2 were below 2 years of age and the bungalow and facilities were very comfortable for them too.

Tarun is an exceptional host who ensured our arrival was seamless by providing clear communication and a warm welcome. From the moment we stepped in, we felt at home. The house is beautifully maintained and spacious, with three comfortable rooms, a hallway with dining , two bathrooms, seprate washroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could need. Additional touches like high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, a running geyser for hot water, cozy blankets, fine linen, and parking area make this place a great deal for families or larger groups. Tarun went above and beyond during our stay. He not only suggested fantastic places to visit but also helped us refine our itinerary, saving us valuable time. To top it off, he treated us to delicious poha and tea the next morning, adding a personal touch that truly made this place feel like home. We are humbled by Tarun’s hospitality and couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Udaipur. It’s an experience

It was a get away home experience at Nalin's place. A warm welcome from the care taker Mansingh and support from him through the stay was exceptional. Also special mention is the breakfast from the lady staff who take care of the property, it was awesome. For sure this is our place for any visit to Goa in future. Would recommend to all my friends and family. thanks Nalin for being a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Tulip Tower on Ajman Corniche. The room setup was very thoughtful, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything we needed was already there – from an iron and ironing board to a drying stand for washed clothes, a washing machine, and even a huge smart TV with active Amazon Prime and Netflix subscriptions. The quality of all the products provided, from the kitchen to the toilet and shower, was impressive and well thought out. Communication was smooth and clear throughout our stay. Wasim, the host, was fantastic, and a special shoutout to Monaco, Ibrahim, and the entire on-ground team for their support. They were cooperative, responsive, and always available to help. Any issues we faced were taken seriously and resolved swiftly. The only areas for improvement would be the bed and mattress, which could be more comfortable, and the air conditioning, which wasn't as cool as expected – especially during warmer hours. Overall, a great experience

Our stay was super comfortable and host was very professional and very responsive. Amazing location . As shown in picture. Not just from balcony but from drawing room burj view was fantastic. Ill stay here again if visited again. Just felt like home. Superstore just on the ground floor and a nice pizza restaurant also. Taxis available just by getting down from the building. Thanks to the host.

Nous avions passés de très bon moments comme si c'était chez nous à la maison. très impressionné par la Gentillesse de Deepika,( Hôte) elle était très sensible, une fois que tu l'ecris , à la minute qui suit tu as la réponse et la solution peu importe l'heure. un bel emplacement, facilité de faire les mouvements , une station Métro juste à côté...... bref nous avions aimé notre séjours et je vous le recommande car vous ne serez pas deçu.

I spent a week at Mirza sahb’s place and i completely loved it! The place had a nice rooftop to enjoy the beachview from a distance. The apartment was clean and Mirza sahb was very accommodating. He let me be in the place late till my flight in the evening. I would love to stay there again.

This is located inside the Santana beach resort which has access to the quiet and less crowded beach in between Candolim and Sinquerium and near to shacks like Calamari. Yazu (Marquis) and Caravela (Taj Holiday) are walking distance. The experience is exactly like staying as a resort guest with all amenities available like swimming pool, Splash pool bar and Olegario restaurant. Good spread in breakfast buffet. Staff are very courteous and room service is prompt. Worth the money!

Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

great place to stay with friends as well as family. u can do anything party peace relax this place fits all in. secluded place yet connected.. nice and spacious rooms.. responsive host. good and very friendly caretaker..

The fact that we‘ve chosen Rumis and Beckys Home for the second time ( first in 2023) speaks for itself… As last time they were very friendly, caring( i had a heavy sinusitus and Rumi Shared his own medicine) and helpful( Becky organized an appointment at a good hairdresser) Highly recommanded!

Valerio’s lovely home was probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at. From the minute I met Valerio and until my departure, he was the perfect host along with his lovely helpful daughter. Location was excellent with a ten minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset or just to go there for an easy walk. Local bus outside the complex would take you to the local markets or to the bus terminus to connect for further destinations. A convenient supermarket was nearby for daily odds and ends. Along with his lovely housekeepers, I felt spoilt and very much at home. Great safe location was important for me as I was travelling alone. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation and would love to return there in the future. No need to look elsewhere. Thank you Valerio and Shefali for being part of my beautiful memories of Goa and India. Staying with you ended my perfect trip in exciting India.

I missed Soraya’s place so much that I had to come back—and I’m so glad I did! It truly feels no less than a home, with such a peaceful vibe and Soraya’s caring hospitality making all the difference. Great host family! Great heritage property in old neighbourhood with narrow lanes. It's perfect for those of us who were looking with nostalgia to stay in old Ahmedabad "pole" area with all the street food destinations within walking distance. Very homely, vert helpful and the entire family does hosting from their heart. Memorable stay, best wishes to the entire family!

Our two day stay at the Devrai Art Village was a lovely, refreshing one making us feel enthusiastic about a much required holiday. We were looking for some place that would be close to nature but would also allow us to easily access the other things in town. Despite not having much on our list of things to do in Panchgani, we ended up walking around the town quite a bit and the location of the homestay was a perfect enabler for that. The breakfasts were warm and chatty with Atul, Mandakini and Rudransh - definitely one of our takeaways from this trip! Ajji's freshly prepared food and the strong coffee and the ginger tea were things to look forward to alongwith the many laughs we've had at the breakfast table. The sunsets of Panchgani are too good to be true. So, all our plans revolved around the sunsets. The property itself has quiet spots if you'd like to sit out for a bit and while away your time in nature. We will be back here soon in the winters or monsoons.

Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood and right across the river, the property offered the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and Goan charm. This spot made our getaway feel truly special and intimate. We left feeling recharged and full of lovely memories. Highly recommend for couples looking for a serene escape in South Goa!
