Beautiful views and great location made this an ideal Airbnb , well suited to our group of four. It’s conveniently located near the Royal Albatross Centre, where we got great views of the Albatross community and the return of the blue penguins after dark. We also enjoyed looking at the artwork in the house.

Bull Creek is an absolutely lovely spot. Quiet and remote with lovely bush and beach walks. The neighbours were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Walking in the nearby bush being deafened by the bellbirds a definite highlight. Views from the house of the sea was spectacular and the coastal walks and seeing the seals and lots of birds was another highlight. All of us agreed that we would love to stay again.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious house which was well equipped with everything you need. Amazing position with wonderful ocean views. Just a short stroll to view the seals sunbathing on the rocks. It was a an excellent place to stay!

Had a lovely stay in the Catlins with so much to do. the local beach is beautiful and the perfect place to watch a sunrise after a cosy evening completing a puzzle or throwing some darts. The place is as described and we had no issues as Renee leaves a thorough and well thought out set of instructions. This covers everything you need to know for a lovely retreat to New Zealands finest area.

Lovely bach on the estuary. Everything you need. Wonderfully firm mattress. Had a peaceful stay in the drizzle.

Our stay here was just the best ever , stunning home , stunning views , exceptional decor , amenities top notch , so so clean , this house has everything you need. I was there for my 60th B-day and i felt like i had hit the jackpot! My guests along with myself want to go back again and im sure we will. I don't think 5 stars is a high enough rating 10 out of 10 for us.

What a beautiful wonderful perfect spot! The Bothy was such an adorable cottage with attention to every detail! Electric blanket, luxurious bath robes, gas fireplace, complimentary bottle of cold wine and much more. Fiona was such a gracious host and became fast friends. This property definitely checked all the boxes for our type of accommodation and we so appreciate her sharing it! Thanks Fiona!!

We stayed at this airbnb with 4 people and there was plenty of space for all of us! While the home is situated about 30 mins by car from the center of Dunedin the drive to get there is scenic and the location is very calm and peaceful. The Royal Albatros Center and the penguin watching beach are only a 5 mins drive away. The house was super cozy and it was a pleasure to stay here. We also used the spa a couple of times which was great to relax after a long rainy day! Over all we would definitely recommend staying here especially for small groups of people!

The perfect spot to stay in St Clair. Views of the beach from every room, walk downstairs to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Spirit House for a Thai/Vietnamese feed! Highlight were the sea lions along the beach and watching seals swimming right out front.
