Mas Prats wird zu einer ruhigen Ecke, die zum Ausruhen und Genießen einer einzigartigen ländlichen Umgebung zwischen der Costa Brava und den Gavarres einlädt. Das einstöckige Haus ist zugänglich, geräumig und sehr hell und von jedem Raum aus kann man die Felder oder den Wald sehen. Die Vögel hören zu. Zwei große Fenster verbinden das Haus nach außen, wo die Veranda zum Genießen der Landschaft einlädt. Die Dekoration ist minimalistisch und sie dominieren die klaren Töne und das Holz. Eine ideale Wahl für jede Jahreszeit.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Aprofitant el perímetre de la vivenda principal, la rehabilitació ha donat com a resultat un apartament adossat a una piscina i una casa de dues plantes annexa. El conjunt de vivenda més jardí, més el bosc que la envolta es podria definir com una combinació d'arquitectura civil medieval, actualitzada amb materials moderns i detalls de disseny.
